Yesterday I have visited your outlet to order pizza and pista, and when we reach home and start eating pasta it was horrible as we found the pasta was half cooked, we were not able to eat so we throne the whole pasta into the dustbin, mean while I was trying to call the outlet but the number which is mentioned the bill was incorrect, and very next day when we gone to the outlet to complain the Manager Mr Arpan has refused the whole scenario and said ‘ humari to koi complain nahi aayi’ and when i was discussing our issue he replied very badly “ ke jab aap ghar se he soch kar aaye ho pilne ke liye to hum kya kar sakte hai”My pointy is this kind of incidents will spoiling the image of your brand so please take necessary action against...
Read moreI am sharing a experince , as one day I just came from my office and was hell tired and hungry and pizza hut waa the only option , and i entered And I was so tired that i could not speak out even my order, then therw was this one man , he looked at me and said what u wish to eat and before doing any formalities he first placed the pizza in the oven and assured me that you will have it in 15 mins and then asked me my name and phone number and then did the billing and it was just 10 mins that I had my pizza in my hands ... Read moreOrder 19194038 (4th July'25). As visible in the photo attached this is how pizza hut gave me a handwritten bill (This happens on every order). Upon asking why there is no printed bill, the delivery executive started giving excuses and then became extremely rude. Is this a global food chain Pizza Hut or a local grocery store where you are giving a handwritten bill?
The staff including the manager have earlier been rude upon asking a hard copy of the bill. I really hope the owner...
