I recently placed an order for Chicken Breast Tandoori, Full Mutton Biryani, and a Coke, with a specific request for raita along with the biryani. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing:

Instead of boneless chicken breast, I received chicken pieces with bones and even the neck portion.

The tandoori pieces were extremely tiny — possibly the smallest portions I've ever seen.

Coke was delivered only after my second reminder, causing an unnecessary delay.

Despite requesting raita clearly, I did not receive it at all with my meal.

This is not the level of quality and service I expected....

Amazing food and delicious - ordered twice from the outlet. Chicken Masala Biryani is a must try. Specially want to mention that all the chicken pieces are too good. Tandoori Chicken is also different from the lot in terms of taste and quality and smoky flavor. Also must try is the Chicken Taka tak roll esp. served hot. The joint takes cares to the small things too as both the times we ordered for home delivery even the Onions and Chutneys packed were very fresh. Small points but goes a long way to add value and out a smile to your customers face. Delivery is within 45 minutes. Must try if not...

The place is decent and location is also good but I didn't like the taste of the food and the options also. First of all very very few options for vegetarian people and even the non vegetarian food I had ordered seemed very less spicy, way too oily and even slightly undercooked. Also the prices are quite high and they don't even provide normal drinking water free of cost. So you will have to buy water bottle or some soft drink yourself.
