Title: A 5-Star Oasis in Goa: Overall Excellence with Room for Improvement in Communication My recent stay at the Marriott Hotel in Goa was nothing short of a luxurious retreat, and I'm pleased to give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. The overall experience was marked by exceptional hospitality, though there's room for improvement in communication prior to check-in. The journey began with a seamless airport pick-up, a convenient and thoughtful service that set the tone for a stress-free stay. The check-in formalities were efficient, but there's an opportunity for enhancement in communication. Clearer information and pre-arrival details would contribute to a smoother start to the guest experience. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted with a warmth that continued throughout my stay. Thanks to the manager Tamara, she took care of things for us. The welcome was not just courteous but genuinely hospitable, making me feel valued as a guest. The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable standards, ensuring that my room was a haven of cleanliness and comfort. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. In-room dining was a delightful experience, offering a diverse menu with culinary delights that exceeded expectations. The prompt and courteous service made dining in the comfort of my room a pleasure. The hotel's commitment to providing a memorable culinary experience was further reinforced during the breakfast and dinner buffets. The plethora of options showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs, offering a delightful journey through various cuisines. While the overall experience was outstanding, I believe that enhancing communication with guests before check-in could elevate the guest experience further. Clarity on check-in procedures and additional information about the hotel's facilities and services would contribute to a smoother arrival. In conclusion, the Marriott Hotel in Goa offers a 5-star retreat with exceptional services, warm welcomes, and a culinary experience that leaves a lasting impression. I look forward to returning, and I'm confident that with a slight improvement in pre-arrival communication, the Marriott Hotel Goa will continue to stand out as a beacon of hospitality in this vibrant destination.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of 10 nights, my partner and I were greeted with exceptional warmth and hospitality. The reception staff adorned us with garlands made of sea shells upon our arrival, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel. Tamara Furtado, in particular, further extended her hospitality by providing us with a thorough introduction to the hotel and consistently ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The hotel's location proved to be ideal, with the main town of Panaji just a short 10-minute drive away and the major attractions of North Goa reachable within an hour by taxi. We appreciated the convenience of readily available taxis, typically arriving within 5 minutes, with pre-negotiated fares established by the hotel. Our room was both spacious and immaculately clean, a credit to Mr. Chaitanya and his staff who diligently ensured our satisfaction with the accommodations. Housekeeping services were prompt and efficient, contributing to the overall comfort of our stay. Dining experiences at the hotel were a highlight, with both breakfast and dinner buffets offering a delectable array of options that varied daily. Special thanks to Mr. Rishabh for arranging a memorable beachside dining experience complete with wine, and to Delana Pai for her thoughtful gestures in accommodating our dining preferences beyond the buffet offerings. The pool bar staff provided exemplary service, and our experiences at the Quan Spa were rejuvenating, thanks to the skilled therapists, Siddhi and Them. Their spa treatments come highly recommended for those seeking relaxation and indulgence. Throughout our stay, the entire staff exhibited a commitment to ensuring our happiness and satisfaction. Special mention goes to the security personnel, including the kind and courteous lady stationed at the far end of Miramar beach, whose attentiveness was greatly appreciated. In conclusion, our experience at this hotel surpassed all expectations, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at goa marriott, and while it's not a bad property but it falls far short of the 5-star expectations I had. Overall, a disappointment for those who expect luxury and excellence from this brand.Shocking part was it carries a Marriott Brand . Main hotel lobby furniture is average , i mean u dont a Wow touch . After this we went to the resort's bar, Oh My God, such an average place , u dont get any wibe at all , same basic furniture , basic cutlery ... In the morning breakfast you will have pure feel of fish market , people waiting for the turn for breakfast , Lot of trainees can be seen in staff . Small things like tomato ketchup etc you have to ask for and which further takes time , no choice of exotic fruits etc in Buffet layout . If you go to a good 5 star small home made jams , ketchups , etc are placed on table , stylish cutt of yellow butters are already there on tables . In short every nick and corner of the hotel we felt cost cutting . They have 2 swimming pools one small swimming pool is so old and run down that you don't even feel like entering it . Not much of a choice of drinks available in the pool . Apart from a garland at the entry of the hotel in the entire stay you will not feel any personal touch . We left the hotel and no one was even bothered to say a smile hello . When you check in at least someone should brief you about the property . What we could see was the entire hotel is basically managed by two ladies staff there . Ms Nandini Bose who's been there I think from years ago , we went to her and gave feedback , shocking was to see her response ,that Marriott Staff is groomed  like this  . She listened to us as if she had no other choice but to listen, she smiled and said i will take care of your feedback . After that we were there for two days but she never turned back to us , asking that is concerns were solved or not . We booked rooms with a higher category , SEA VIEW WITH PATIO , just imagine the patios have no sun shades or any kind of coverings at least so that you can at least sit outside . it's raining as we know u get confined to your rooms inside . If there are some coverings in Patio at least u can sit outside and enjoy . Everywhere u feel cost cutting , means its ok hotel  but definitely its NOT A LUXURY  and not worth the price. In the entire stay in the hotel all were just saying " Sir please hamari rating...
