Terttulia is a restaurant located in Miramar, Panaji, Goa that has a beautifully decorated interior and exterior, offering great outdoor and indoor seating options. However, the experience at Terttulia was good. Upon arrival, the valet parking service was convenient and efficient. The restaurant had a lovely ambiance with a cozy indoor seating area and a beautiful outdoor seating arrangement. We decided to sit outside since it was a pleasant evening. The outdoor area had a great vibe and a perfect setting to enjoy a lovely evening with friends or family. We ordered mocktails, and the first round was impressive, and we were pleased with the taste and presentation. However, the second round of mocktails was a complete disappointment. They tasted different and were not up to par with the first round. Additionally, we noticed that the drinks menu was longer than the food menu.
Speaking of food, it was good but a bit pricey. Must try the three Mushroom Ragu Risotto and Pizzas. Red Curry Sea Bass was not as expected. That being said, the restaurant's presentation of the food was impressive. The service at Terttulia was unprofessional, and the staff needs more training. They were fast, but they lacked the professionalism and warmth that one would expect from a high-end restaurant. The staff could benefit from more training on communication skills, and the menu.
In conclusion, Terttulia is a lovely restaurant that has great potential. The ambiance, decor, and outdoor seating area are impressive. However, the restaurant needs to improve on its drinks and service. The staff needs more training to provide a more professional and warm experience to...
Read moreLovely aesthetic and really quick service as well! Food was also really delicious and only complained is that the portion ties in the broccoli was too small
Charred broccoli was really well cooked and rajma Hamas on the side was really nice as well. Quite a small portion size on this one and I would say it's not worth the price. It was only five big florets of broccoli with tiny dollops of the hummus.
Korean Pull-A-Part bread was delicious! Soft and fluffy bread with that amazing creamy cheese inside there. Something to devour in a minute.
Sweet chili chicken was really good. Quarter lodge amount of chicken here and proper spicy as well! Absolutely loved it.
Kale and quinoa salad was also nice! Tindi shredded kale tosting quinoa with some dressing and then the sliced almonds and cranberries on the side... Really really good combination overall!
Perfectly cooked Terttulia Tenderloin! Flavor was nice as well and meat was not chewy or anything. Came with three slabs of me so I would say a good portion size. Also had some roasted broccoli and potatoes on the side with dollops of mashed potato. Parmesan potato mousse was pretty plain to be honest, but the actual roasted baby potatoes and broccoli were good.
Sea Salt Grilled chicken had a big portion size also! And it came on a bed of sauteed vegetables and some more of the parmesan potato mousse. really good flavor profile!
Dad also got the watermelon mojito and he really liked it. Presentation was really nice with a slice of watermelon on the glass.
The owner also came up to us at the end of the meal to check in on us and then even offered us an item on him for next time. Looking...
Read moreToday, I had my dinner at Tertullia Goa and I was here for the new year. To my saddest surprise, I had the worst experience ever in this restaurant. As soon we arrived there, first, no one came to take the order soon. We were waiting for quite some time but no one arrived. I saw there two couples nearby on two different tables and they had been served water even after they came quite late after us. I just thought that they must have forgotten to ask us and ignored it.
Later after we asked a bar guy he sent someone to take the order. I asked to explain the food to the person who came to take the order who was ignorant and gave me a vibe as if he thought that we didn’t belong there.
Everyone else got their orders even if they came after us but not us. We asked for the cheque and no one arrived. Later my husband went to the bar guy and asked for the water first and then he paid the bill at the billing counter. Polite people like us who thought to have a wonderful Italian dinner on the first day of the new year, it turned out to be a horrible experience. The guy who came to take the plates and I told him what happened. He said sorry ma’am but it was not his fault because the problem with main people, probably management or the guy who came to take the order. I don’t know who was at the fault but I and my husband wasted our 1200 and more rupees for this insult.
And I suggest everyone to not to go this restaurant, only go if you want to get insulted by them because they are going to judge you big time with your clothes and looks.
Thank you for...
