Agonda Paradise — Hotel in Goa

It was great staying at Agonda Paradise, with Arabian sea and beautiful Agonda beach right in front of you and ofcourse value for money. Whole family with kids enjoyed a lot, though few things turned creepy (but this does not take away the Agonda beach moments that we experienced).... Insects falling from thatched roof of the hut.. and from roof of the in house restaurant. suddenly you realise something is crawling over you... One night it was raining heavily and the light went off, and we were three family's with small kids (we booked 2 AC hut and one non-ac hut). It was around 2 a.m., we ran around the premises to find someone who can help with candle or something, unfortunately no one was there and it was pitch dark. No mobile network, no WiFi.... With lot of effort we got Vodafone signal and dialled the owner. Finally Someone turned up at the door with candle!!! It was a horror night for us, thankfully it passed by and thanks to owner for taking up the call in 2 a.m. morning and sending in the help immediately. The in-house restaurant was mere for survival, with very limited options and average food. We had to venture out to find good place to have dinner, there are couple of restaurants around which offer good food.

It was my first visit to South Goa, and Agonda Paradise opened the gate to heaven!!! Beautiful clean Agonda beach with no crowd at all, yes you see dogs and cows around but it will not ruin your experience.

And in walkable distance , you can enjoy back water as well!! And see people fishing in the backwater. Most memorable...

Culinary Delights: Most of our dining experiences were delightful, with a diverse menu of delicious dishes. The flavors were on point, and the culinary variety added to the overall enjoyment.

Spacious Wooden Cottages: The wooden cottages are not only spacious but also offer a large balcony that provides a grand panoramic view of the beach. It's a perfect blend of comfort and nature.

Serene Beach: Agonda Beach itself is a hidden gem. With fewer visitors, it remains clean and beautiful, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling crowd.

Romantic Evenings: One of the highlights was the romantic candlelight dinner arranged by the hotel on the beach. The combination of a seaside setting and soothing music created a truly magical atmosphere.

Cons: Springy Mattresses: While the cottages are comfortable overall, the springy mattresses were a bit of a downside, impacting the quality of sleep.

In conclusion, Agonda Paradise is a remarkable retreat with stunning views, delectable cuisine, and a peaceful ambiance. Despite minor drawbacks, the overall experience was nothing short of five stars. I would gladly return for another...

Review: Our recent stay at Agonda Paradise was a lovely experience overall. The resort boasts a beautiful beachfront location and offers two types of rooms: garden view and beach-facing. While we initially booked a garden view room, we couldn't help but feel a bit envious of the stunning views from the beach-facing rooms. However, our room was comfortable and clean, although there's room for improvement in terms of the amenities and decor.

A highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Jay Bhaiya and Pratham Bhaiya. Despite our visual impairment, they went out of their way to ensure that we felt welcome and cared for throughout our visit. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made our stay memorable.

The resort's proximity to the beach is definitely a plus. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the shore and took advantage of the private beach access for a relaxing day by the sea. Additionally, the option for activities like candlelight dinners and boat rides to Butterfly Beach added to the charm of our stay.

In conclusion, while there is room for improvement in the rooms, our overall experience at Agonda Paradise was positive.
