Antonio's Hotel & Hari Om Pure Veg Restaurant — Hotel in Goa

Worst experience ever. 1)We booked premium room for 2 nights and it was showing “booked” and we got confirmation mail also but after checking in the receptionist said they don’t have any confirmation and the room is not available. 2)They gave us a room which was very bad and no aminities were provided. 3)Even they didn’t provide us water, we had to ask for water for several times. 4)The staff were very strange, we had to carry out own luggage. 5)In Agoda it was written we can have food but there was no food service available at all. We had to order through swiggy and zomato. 6)They took extra charges for an extra bed but they didn’t provide any bed and when we confronted the issue they simply denied their negligence and didn’t give us the money they took for extra bed. 7)The wifi and AC were not working properly, power cut was happening frequently. When we asked they said this is very common in Goa which is not true at all. 8)The behaviour of the receptionist was very rude and non-cooperative, she was giving excuses one after another. This so called hotel is pathetic, don’t fall for what is mentioned in bookings.com. We booked double room with balcony with sea view, garden view and alot was mentioned in bookings.com site but at the time of advance payment owner asked to cancelled the booking and he booked the room directly in order to provide some rebate on taxes. We received hand written receipt then. On arrival we got to know there is no room with balcony, no beach front view, no toiletries, no sea view, and we couldn’t find garden. The bathroom gates are broken, no intercom facility to communicate with staff. The pool is outside the hotel and no one would wish to go to the stinky pool. You have to call n number of time on receptionist mobile number (since there is no landline) and would be bounded to wait atleast half an hour for them to respond. They would knock your door midnight to take AC remote since most of AC remotes aren’t working so they turn the AC on with other client’s room AC. Only positive point is that the beach is...

"The hotel is Nightmare ”

One of the worst experience of my life with my family of 2 children, the staff were very arrogant and the room which I booked does not received same, also 1000 rs extra charged by the hotel staff members on the name of matrice which was already included at the time of booking but when we actually reached there they deny entry and said to pay the extra amount along with the advance payment for the entire stay,there were no proper water for drinking and whenever we ask them to provide, they said it will be on chargeable basis,the washroom where so dirty that we have to use public toilet,none of there staff ready to get it clear,no proper kitchen service neither proper cleanliness in the premise,the photo shown in Google are just the illusion don't get trap in that, swimming pool were also so dirty leaves and insects are laying in there,the only thing is ok was locations for which they charge high, I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone as it will be nightmare...
