I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Beleza by the Beach, and overall, it was a moderate experience. This beachside resort had a lot to offer, and here are my thoughts on various aspects of my stay.
Staff and Service (5/5): The staff at Beleza by the Beach were exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the time of my departure, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly welcome.
Food (4/5): The resort's food was generally very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the watermelon juice served at breakfast. It tasted somewhat stale, and I believe it would be better if it were freshly made from high-quality melons. This small issue aside, the culinary offerings were delightful.
Rooms (5/5): My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The quiet ambiance allowed for a peaceful night's rest, and the bathroom was also impressive, with great water pressure in the shower. The amenities provided in the room added to the overall comfort of my stay.
Spa (3/5): Unfortunately, the spa experience was a bit of a letdown. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent service. However, the spa's facilities left much to be desired. The malfunctioning air conditioning system made the treatment room uncomfortably warm and suffocating, which led to an unfortunate incident during my partner's spa session, causing it to be cut short. I also decided to pamper myself with a hair wash and blow dry at the spa. However, the salon area felt more like a storage room, with overturned seats and a cluttered appearance, which was surprising considering the high-end prices charged for these services. The disparity between the ambiance and the pricing was noticeable and somewhat disappointing. Furthermore, while the newer staff members were well-intentioned, they appeared less experienced compared to what one might expect from a regular spa-goer's perspective.
Overall Rating (3.5/5): Beleza by the Beach is undoubtedly a beautiful resort with a lot of potential. The brilliant staff, great rooms, and overall services contribute positively to the experience. However, the spa's facilities need significant improvement, and the issue with the watermelon juice during breakfast should be addressed. Despite these minor shortcomings, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Beleza by the Beach for a relaxing getaway by the sea, with a solid overall...
