It’s a worst experience we got. It was on 9/6/2024 we reached to the “Bloomsuites“, since the beginning the staffs were so rude to us, was providing the service just for a formality that’s how we felt. We ask them about the pool time then they conveyed us about it, it’s from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. As we just checked in to the resort and we had some other plans, couldn’t go to the pool. Next day morning (10/6/2024) after 8.30 am we just went to the pool then the security guard came next to us and was obstructing us from getting into the pool. When we ask him about the reason, he said we have to wear nylon clothes if we wanted to get into the pool. Then we went to the reception and asked the staffs those who were on duty then, they were saying you “should’ve wear nylon clothes if you wanted to get into the pool., their reply was same as the security guard of the pool . Then we asked them why didn’t you inform us about it before?, at least you should have mentioned it in your guidelines then we could easily understand while we booking the resort and could be prepared, but you didn’t mentioned it in your guidelines. Moreover we inquired about the pool time last evening, at the time also they didn’t even inform us about the outfit. But the reply from the staffs were too worst as they were busting out at us and was aggressively saying it’s a basic thing to wear nylon clothes in the pool”. It’s through “Make my trip” we booked the resort thus we called them and raised a complaint about this issue. A lady picked up the call and talked to us and was saying she’ll make the staffs apologise to us for their indecent behaviour, but it was in accordance with our requirement. Although we asked her for a compensation but the reply from her end was “the propoerty will not give you any compensation for your inconvenience they caused. Then we asked her to convey them to clearly mention in their guidelines about these things to avoid some inconvenience for the customers in future she was replying she’ll make them do it. And will arrange a call back from the authorised person from Bloom Suites. Nevertheless nothing happened . At the time of check out the same staffs received the key from us but didn’t provide us the bill, they didn’t even say sorry or thanks to us. The way they treated us was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. As we paying for them, they are responsible for providing us a better service. But they didn’t do that. Again getting a worse experience from them even during the check out time again we raised a complaint to Make my trip, a man attended our call and we had to convey him the whole incidents. He also said he’ll find a solution but nothing happened. In conclusion we paid them (Bloom suites) though they didn’t provide a better service . Then we complained to Make My trip, but they didn’t find a solution for our complaint. Also the lady staff from make my trip was asking us not to give a review about this incident on the website. My grievances with Bloomsuite Hotel were numerous and deeply disappointing. From the very beginning, it was evident that the hotel had no regard for its guests' comfort or satisfaction. On two separate occasions, I left my room at 9 am only to return at a shocking 4:30 pm to find my room untouched by housekeeping. To add insult to injury, when the room was finally cleaned, it became painfully clear that the housekeeping's efforts were minimal at best. The floors were merely mopped and some amenities refilled, neglecting the standard of cleanliness and care that one would expect from a reputable establishment. This disregard for hygiene and guest experience is deeply concerning.
This delay in cleaning not only disrupted my plans but also left me stranded in my room from 4:30 pm to 6 pm, a time when I should have been out exploring the city. As a result, I missed out on an important evening celebration, a memory I can never retrieve.
The litany of disappointments continued with a non-functional room refrigerator, a basic amenity that should be expected in any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as premium.
The inefficiency reached its peak with room service, where I had to wait a staggering 53 minutes for a simple water bottle to be delivered. This level of negligence and disrespect for guests' time is inexcusable.
The abysmal state of the swimming pool, covered in algae, was the final straw. This blatant neglect for cleanliness and guest safety is not only unprofessional but also poses potential health risks.
Furthermore, my room phone extension had been dysfunctional for three days, despite multiple complaints. This lack of response and action speaks volumes about the hotel's lack of accountability and poor customer service.
Considering these numerous setbacks and the complete lack of customer care, I am left with no option but to assign Bloomsuite Hotel a well-deserved 0 stars. My heartfelt advice to anyone contemplating a stay here is to steer clear. Despite its premium pricing, the service quality is abhorrent, and the experience is far from the luxury you'd expect. Save yourself from the nightmare I endured and explore other accommodations that prioritize guest satisfaction and provide an experience worthy of your hard-earned money.
