Anand Sagar Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

Food was good and tasty. The food was better than other restaurants at the same location. I would've given them 5 stars but they spoiled everything at my 5th consecutive visit. The waiters are annoying and too eager to pick up the bill. They do not even wait for calculation among friends to evenly distribute the amount. The waiter just stands there and snatches away the money from your hands. On my 5th visit at dinner, my friends were busy with the regular ritual of collecting the money for the bill. They waiter came and rudely asked us to get up and make room for new customers. With a lot of money in our hands and no where to put it down and easily count it, we just moved to the counter, the hands of the guy on the counter were attracted towards the money like magnets, he was very impatient. So, we handed over everything we had in our hands. It turned out we had paid Rs.100 less, it could have been easily corrected. But, the guy at the counter ridiculed us in company of nearby customers and workers.

People who do not treat their customers right do not deserve success. I've gone from 4 stars to 1 star while writing this review as my memory of the customer service was refreshed.

This restaurant has good food taste which is completely let down by their waiter/manager who seems to be very animated and frustrated towards customers,i have seen such behaviour in govt owned restaurant 5 years back in Telangana and first time seeing such frustrated and bad mannered staff in a privately operated restuarant with multiple branches,when asked for onion/lemon for starters which is by default served in all restaurants,waiter was saying for starters they don't give lemon/onion,as we also ordered Biryani asked him if they serve lemon/onion with biryani,he said they already mix them in biryani so not needed,such an irresponsible response to the customers that the good taste and enjoyment of restuarant is completely let down by this frustrated staff,i will never visit this restaurant or other branches as they don't seem to care about customers and server with attitude like they are serving free food,Also please note there is...

Visited many restaurants and hotels recently in goa, but have to say this is the best of all of which I have visited, had a very very good experience and food here in Anand Sagar.

We went in the morning for breakfast, the breakfast was puri bhaji and masala dosa , good in taste well served and hygiene was fully maintained.

Service was very good 👍, waiters are very responsive and helpful in selecting dishes from menu.

Cleanliness was maintained very well.

Orders were accepted with a great smile and humble attitude, which was the best part of visiting this restaurant.

We also had dinner in anand sagar the same day, have to say this restaurant serves every dish very well in taste and quantity.

Rates are very much reasonable and affordable. You can eat good dishes in very affordable prices and quantity was also very good.

I suggest every veg lover to visit this hotel once while visiting...
