Roseal Beach Front — Hotel in Goa

First thing is they inform you about the late checkin after you board the bus to Goa and that to the checkin was at 4 pm due to technical visit. Who on earth will keep this technical visit when a guest has booked a room that too on a weekend. When we checked ok do you have a place to get fresh and the answer was a straight no. Later they provided a alternative stay at " Baga beach walk " which was too good and was way better than Roseal. Jhony who took care of the stay there was very helpful and the owner was also too good. Instead of Roseal I would recommend Baga beach walk property. If we book room from booking. Com and other places the pics are very misleading. The pictures there are taken when the property was new and the current state is not the same. Even here I dint have any problem but the staff ( a lady who contacts you initially)when we called her the answer is always no or it's the same mam and they are not ready to take the feedback what we give. Only thing I liked was the alternative property they provided i.e Baga beach walk and the staff were too good

Roseal water front - Please update the latest pics of your rooms and dont give excuses like late checkin coz of technical visit when the guest is already on the way. Also if a guest arrives early give them atleast facility...

Goa is known for hospitable people, but they are not the same. We booked this place for 3 days before 15 days, because we want everything to be hassle free. We were three girls and already updated them, that we will do late check in i.e. 2'o clock in night, because we have flight in night and we will pay you as per day- night booking. They confirmed our booking and took token amount and gave us the confirmation. 5 oct we have flight in night and 5 oct 11'O clock (morning time) they are calling us that they can not provide room because of some power failure, which will be the same for next 3 days. and then they gave us an option for different hotel which was not even beach front or they can give us refund. Obviously we took refund because they are not trustworthy people and we booked other hotel. The twist is we went there next day (obviously with different names) and everything was working fine (no power failure) and they said mam for next 2 days we don't have any room and that's why they can not give us room. I don't want to give even 1 star to this place, as they really don't care that their guest is coming late night or they may face some problem. If someone else is paying more, then they can give your room to them. even if you are paying them...

I was here last month to celebrate my wife's birthday with my friends and four of us we had the worst experience of our life.

1. there is no staff to attend you.
2. you have to beg them to clean the rooms.
3. Rooms are full of cockroaches and there is constant smell from out side.
4. ZERO SAFETY OF ROOMS THEY ASKED US DO WE HAVE OUR OWN LOCK OF THE ROOM.
5. There was no food service in room you have to go down and eat to beach front hotels which are hell expensive.
6. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE AN SUV YOU WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR ROAD TO THIS PLACE IS THAT BAD AND SMALL.
7. Worst parking and again ZERO safety for your car "koi bhi aayega an tek ke khada ho jayega".
8. Worlds worst room cleaning awards goes to this place only. Guys save your money and do the booking at old goa side you can easily travel to the beaches in a row by renting bikes lod goa is much cleaner and safer i has here 3 day and i had ti suffer coz i made my booking from goibibo and they took full payment at reception but you can save your self DO NOT FALL FOR...
