Casa Sunshine — Hotel in Goa

I stayed in the villa for 4 nights and had booked it through Lost Travellers. The service of Lost Travellers and the villa both are pathetic. The owner of the villa who was not involved in any kind of process while booking the villa suddenly happen to call me and mention the price of the villa and that we cant go inside the pool post 10 pm and not have access to the lounge or touch anything. She is without doubt the most inhospitable host i’ve ever come across and appropriately has no standards. She mentioned the price of the villa which just shows her class. The pool was not operational for the first day of our stay and the owner tried to excuse it on the rains however some cleaning chemicals had not been removed from the pool The care taker Mahesh is ill mannered and was misbehaving with us. He also tried to gossip about what a few bunch of girls were doing at the villa before us. It is highly unprofessional and cheap of then to gossip about their guests. The breakfast was not served timely and appropriately as was promised. While trying to swim at night, the caretaker asked as if what was the need to jump in to the pool at mid night. It seemed more like checking in to a hostel than a villa. The villa is only beautiful to the eyes but it is not a place where the hosts are welcoming and hospitable and definitely not a party place for anyone. Please avoid booking this villa at any...

We stayed here for 6 nights and had such a lovely experience. The Villa is perfect for a group with lots of good space to spread out. It’s spotlessly clean and the pool is sparkling - our kids spent many hours swimming. Ganesh, the caretaker, is an absolute gem and marvelous cook - his breakfasts were delicious and he also cooked a completely sumptuous dinner for us one night as well. Really a special spot. Great restaurants are also an easy walk down the road (Sublime was a standout, Sea was also very good) and then it’s a quick cab ride to other spots such as Gunpowder etc. Thank you for such a great experience...

I had a great experience at this place with my friends the Villa is very beautiful and gives a feeling of a royal place with the combination of modern and ancient architectural design. One of the best thing is that it is located at the very convenient place so you can reach to any near by beaches within 10 minutes. It is equipped with all the modern facility like faster wifi, power backup so you don't have to worry about anything at all.
