This "hotel" is located close to the Utorda beach. I stayed here 1/3 - 5/3. The staff is friendly but very incapable. Due to the fact this was my 2nd experience with the network of Treebo hotels, it is not coincidental occasion. After the arrival we received very dirty and smelly room of mold. Literarly, this room was not made up. Its floor was sticky, linens were with marks, many marks and they prepared for 2 of us just 1, as well, dirty towel and footmath. The little young receptionist was very helpful and changed towels for us.
Dear "hotel". I would love to give you an advice. White linens and towels need to be washed by 90°C or 95°C if they are dirty. Otherwise, you might wash them by 60°C. All in washing machine! Obviously, they wash all of it by hand. Excuse me?! You named your property "Hotel"! Even 3☆?!? Next day we did not want to abuse anyone, so we did not ask for making up the room. Day after the reception was asked for changing the linens and towels. When we came back after all day out, there were changed just one towel and the dirty linens just aligned. Another day the same story. Well, friendly smile does not hide the approach! Breakfast was good but very poor and simple. I have never experienced such a low level of accomodation even when I stayed in any lower rated hotel or B&B. This is not hotel, not even hostel. Very very bad...
Read moreWe have been staying in treebo properties earlier- so booked this one. Initially we have trouble regarding wifi-since room near swimming pool doesn't have wifi signals. Swimming pool was not functioning as the cleaning motor has some problem. Property is bit tired and treebo has taken it recently. Myself, my wife and my kid were little bit disappointed thinking our day will be wasted but Treebo staff was very courteous and did their best to make our stay comfortable. In spite of shortcomings -staff enthusiasm to serve their guests to best of their ability was commendable. Utorda beach is 5 min walk from the property.||||Full marks to Manager Ashish Chauhan who went out his way and changed our room to block at the entrance which has good wifi signals. Since we're vegetarian-he arranged a veg-dinner at cornerstone grill(restaurant adjacent to property) for us as well with live-music entertainment. He also told that another property of Treebo is coming in Dona Paula. Look forward to stay there as well.||||Full Marks to Ashish and Team at Dom Pedros-such exceptional customer service can be a game changer in hospitality industry and surpass other issues.||||Will stay again-Again Many Thanks to Treebo Team at Dom Pedros...
Read moreWorst resort and hotel I have ever booked. I booked it for two days 2 ND March to 4 the March through Treebo. For price 3400 RS. When I reached there I found very hard to locate the resort. Resort is least maintained. Rooms had asbestos roof with false ceiling whose height is very low. Rooms smells bad . Doors and windows are very old pattern and in worst condition. Floor. Bathroom was horrible. Too small. Tap water was too slow. Room is not good any way for stay with family. || Swimming pool is only for name , I think it's water is not changed even in month. It was only for show piece. Most horrible thing was breakfast. Only one option was there , Puri sabji and tea. No bread nothing extra. Plate provided for the breakfast was use n throw thin paper plate and same for tea cup. I was so disappointed with the resort that I checked out next day and done booking in other resort. The owner had also rude behavior, he has no idea how to talk to customer. Only one good thing I found was two boy who was serving breakfast. He gave me a some curd so that I was able to eat some Puri. Overall I would say don't booked it...
