goSTOPS PLUS Goa Vagator — Hotel in Goa

The hotel is located at a nice location, however there are a few Pros and Cons about this place. Pro's: Good WIFI speed and Airtel 4G+ works best Pocket friendly They'll hook you up if you need a scooter, very convenient

Cons: There is a common workspace for people to work and chill out , however there are pool tables and foosball table inside the same room and if anyone wishes to work from the same space it becomes very difficult as people are playing pool and foosball all the time. The arrangement doesn't make any sense. If you plan to work from this location don't bother, choose another hostel or a proper Hotel. There is loud music blasting all day which gets annoying after a day spending there Reception is not helpful most of the times, they just don't bother No laundry service available inhouse , they have a 3rd party person comein and collect the clothes. Most of the time the laundry guy doesn't pick up or doesn't deliver clothes on time. PARKING is a mess. If you have a 2 wheeler, it is a mess. If you have a 4 wheeler you will be asked to park outside. Lol and Rip to you car bro as it will be parked in the narrow street just outside. Beds are somewhat clean and not great. The washroom is clean however basic amenities missing. Lift gets stuck all the time, they should do something about that lift. As they have 3 floors , and I saw it got stuck atleast 3 times in the 2 days stay.

Overall a nice stay, however I found the male receptionist very sarcastic most of the time. I had some question regarding smoking zone , wifi and laundry and some other stuff , but all I got was sarcasm. No customer would like that. Anyways, the stay was OK, just these small things ruined my experience overall . I stayed in goSTOPS BAGA a day before , but the experience was way better and the receptionist checked me in properly, giving me all the details , unlike the experience in goSTOPS vagator. Very bad and rude Management

I am a local and stay just opposite to the place . These people have no parking space for cars and tourists who come park their cars anywhere .

When we approached them for a solution they said these things will happen only and if you want you can remove the air or do what you want as we have “ already informed the guests “ and it is no longer our responsibility.

They say that if guests come drunk at night then how can we sit and monitor where they park their car. ( pics inserted for reference)

We even informed then they can clear the grass and waste ( which their guests only Dispose ) and then use that space for parking . But these guys don’t want any of that . They only want free parking

Corporations like these only looking forward to furthering their agenda and not bothered about their immediate environment are a shame

Practices like these are just ruining the peace and serenity of Goa .

The management has not decided to do anything about the parking issue and amidst the tourist season the visitors are constantly parking haphazardly and this is causing a nuisance to all the nearby locals.

People who parked their cars while they leave the place they discard all thrash on the side of the road. When I spoke to the manager to ask to keep a garbage bin there . They said no matter if we keep a bin there still after 2 days there will again be waste .

I believe it makes perfect sense if you are using FREE PARKING SPACE then it’s your responsibility to clear...
