They posted wrong description of rooms in OYO and i was cheated with amenities. The front desk girl is helpless, lazy, lethergic and sometimes will be missing from desk. The elevator is completely dark when doors will be closed and you will be scared with safety of females. The hotel allow smoking in the room and ensure a stinking environment. The classic rooms are quite small and even to access the switch board you need to crawl over your bed. Also the reception area have seeping roof with a mop on the floor for leaking water. Had very bad experiance and checked out within 15 min. The help line of oyo and all their so called executive were helpless for me. I was told to book another hotel from OYO and then only they will refund my amount. However after this bad experiance i didn't book again through OYO and planning a consumer case...
Read moreWe had booked this hotel through OYO for two nights. We were running a little late so we ended up missing the first night but came through for the second one. Once we arrived at the reception desk and asked for our rooms that we had booked from OYO, the receptionist said that they don't entertain rooms booked from OYO. I was confused as well as furious since it was late at night and the staff were refusing to give us the room that we had booked four days in advanced and payed the money for as well. Read moreAc doesn't work , tv does not work , wifi does not work , landlines doesn't work , no one picks up call in the reception.. people are very rude.. rooms are too small what they show in pictures aren't in real.. stayed there 3 nights no service provided not even water is supplied in room.. no cleaning of rooms.. at night when ac stops working after repeated of complains the reception boy says the ac won't work u need to adjust tonight.. when we complain in the reception they tell that they are been trained from 5 star category properties.. but there behavior is complete different on the basis of hospitality..they charge a lot on food.. in short THE PROPERTY IS WORST..
