Hands down one of the best restaurant in Goa. If you take in other factors like location, price and staff - I might even dare to say the best restaurant in Goa. I went there two-three days in a row when I found this restaurant.
THE GOOD: The drinks are strong.They let us order just neat gin (60ml for Rs. 60!) and provided us tonic to mix our own drinks. The food is just superbly prepared - perfect curries with adjusted spice levels and tandoori. The dessert menu is fantastic. I wish I had time to try pizzas. The ambiance is just amazing - the servers are very friendly and things are just clean and classy. I wished they had a separate section for smoking.
THE BEST: Prices!!!!! I have spent more money on bad food in Goa than this perfection (I am looking at you Punjabi Rasoi, Baga). The prices are comparable or cheaper than most of the beach shacks, for some of the most amazing food I have tasted.

Read moreWe've just spent 14 nights at the Santiago Hotel and found the Cherry olive just a walk away. We've been most nights since we've been here. Each visit the staff have been friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is fabulous..whether its a curry , noodles or pizza....perfectly cooked and presented. The prices across the menu are extremely competitive and we can't praise the Cherry Olive enough. If we are back in Goa....we will definitely be back to the Cherry...
