We had a mixed experience during our stay. While the property itself was good and the owner was polite and accommodating, the behavior of the staff, particularly a woman named Bhagya, was unacceptable.

We had booked the property for four people for three nights and paid an additional ₹3400 for an extra person. We also paid ₹1500 for a late checkout, clearly informing them we would check out around 6 PM. However, exactly at 6 PM, while we were packing our bags, Bhagya started calling us to vacate. Despite politely requesting 15 more minutes, she continued to call every minute, shouting at us and not allowing us to pack peacefully.

What made the experience worse was when she sent two room boys to the room, and they forcefully entered despite me explaining that ladies were changing and a baby was sleeping. I requested them to wait for 10 minutes, but they refused. Bhagya then called and insisted on them staying inside the room, completely ignoring our privacy.

She even started yelling disrespectfully at us, accusing us of lying about having a baby and ladies present in the room. Her words and behavior were extremely rude, including shouting phrases like “get out now” and using other insulting language.
