I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Thread Calangute hotel with my family, and I can't express enough how incredible our experience was. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were enveloped by the captivating ambiance, and it only got better from there.

The cleanliness of the Red Thread Calangute is top-notch. The hotel maintains a level of hygiene and tidiness that is truly commendable. We felt like we were in a pristine paradise throughout our stay.

The staff behavior was nothing short of exceptional. They were not only professional but also warm and welcoming. They truly made us feel like valued guests. Special mention goes to Mr. Aman, who hails from Kolkata and works at the in-house restaurant. His attentive and considerate service was a standout, making our breakfast and exploration of Goan culinary delights an absolute delight.

The tropical vibes of the hotel are a testament to its Goan spirit. From the lush greenery surrounding the property to the tasteful decor, we felt transported to a tropical paradise.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings were simply top class. The chefs at the in-house restaurant have mastered the art of creating delicious breakfast items that cater to a wide range of tastes. The complimentary 15-minute massage was a lovely touch that added to the relaxation and indulgence of the experience.

The pool at the Red Thread Calangute is great, offering a refreshing escape on hot Goan days. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the tropical setting.

Speaking of the in-house restaurant, the food was beyond delicious. Goan cuisine is something everyone should experience, and the restaurant at the Red Thread did not disappoint. The flavors and presentation were exquisite.

However, there was one minor concern during our stay - the inconsistent Wi-Fi strength. While not a major issue, it was a bit frustrating at times. Nevertheless, with so many other incredible aspects, this was easily overlooked.

In conclusion, our family's stay at the Red Thread Calangute was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance, cleanliness, staff behavior, tropical vibes, breakfast quality, and in-house restaurant left a lasting impression. What an AMAZING stay this was. I can't thank everyone at Red Thread enough for the pleasant and very welcoming stay they gave us.

It was an incredibly cute boutique hotel, with a keen interest for small details such as adding intricate lamp covers, pictures, and generally warm colours to both the corridor / hotel & our room. Made it feel very homely. __

In terms of the food both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. We were given during the mornings the choice of more local Indian dishes or western dishes such as pancakes, eggs (of all sorts be it scrambled, poached you name it). Fresh platter of fruit was also very lovely, and extremely fresh.

When it came to lunches, it was to die for! The fish curry was absolutely delicious and really so was everything else on their menu. We spent 3 nights and had dishes ranging from Local catch of the day fish curry to Honey glazed chicken. Very reasonable price for the portion sizes and quality of food. __

Last but surely not least, the service. Whenever we requested something, we got it with a smile and within 5min. Rarely had to ask twice, whole team was very professional. __

Only thing I could remotely find to complain about was the location. It was quiet which was actually very pleasant BUT it was still a 25min walk to the main "party" area of Goa, and there are no cabs anywhere nearby. So walking is the only way or renting a scooter. Which once we did, made it all the easier during the evenings.

Hello everyone I have visited to the property recently on 25-27 April 2024. I want to share my experience as well as incidence. The property is good as well as rooms. But hotel do not have 4 wheelers parking as guest who rent a car in Goa. And booked a stay in Red thread Calangute. Do not have a safe parking as they ask Guest to park Road side. On main road where traffic Moves 24/7. And they do not have a rights of parking on road side. No CCTV And Security will be provided there but then also they ask guest to park road side.

I have rented a car in Goa and asked hotel to give me parking. So they asked me to park road side and I have parked as per the instructions by the hotel. They confirmed me that they have the security who will take care of the vehicle. So I got assured and parked the vehicle. Next morning I have to go somewhere via car. I came downstairs and see that someone hit my rental car and the car was damaged majorly. When I asked the staff. They said that they don’t know about the incidence. I asked them that you said that you have the security. Then where was your security at that time. I have asked about the CCTV. They said that they don’t have the CCTV security over the parking point. Staff didn’t helped me they ignored everything. At last I have paid handsome Damage amount to the car owner near about 40k.

So I request everyone please be cautious before visiting as I have suffered the Damage and harassment. I don’t want any one like me to suffer same. So please read this and decide your...
