A Mixed Experience at Royal Baga Residency During Peak Season

I recently spent three nights at Royal Baga Residency during the peak season, accompanied by my 3-year-old child. While the overall experience had its ups and downs, there were notable aspects that left a lasting impression.

Firstly, the room size was disappointingly small, creating some challenges, especially with a young child. Additionally, there were issues with plug switches and the TV, which were inconvenient and affected the overall functionality of the room.

On a positive note, the breakfast provided by the hotel was nothing short of awesome. A delightful array of options ensured a satisfying start to each day. The convenience of the hotel's prime location was also a significant plus, making it easy to access everything we needed.

A standout feature of our stay was the excellent service provided by Rajesh. His commitment to treating customers with the utmost respect and kindness was truly commendable. Rajesh consistently served with a smile, and his willingness to assist with any inquiries or concerns enhanced the overall experience.

Despite the room-related challenges, the positive aspects, such as the delicious breakfast and outstanding service from Rajesh, contributed to an overall satisfactory stay at Royal Baga Residency. It's evident that the hotel has its merits, particularly in terms of location and customer service. Royal Bagha Residency Great location – a comfortable distance from the market and beaches. Khushbu is super helpful and always willing to do whatever she can to make your stay as nice as possible. "She didn't expect to be charged extra.”

The team members ( Ravi, Narayan and Khasim ) who work on the property are just as friendly and cooperative, always greeting with a great smile. They also helped me to rent a scooter at a reasonable price.

We had a small child with us, and I appreciated the way Khushbu took care of our daughter, We felt comfortable once our daughter began enjoying Khushbu's food special thanks for that, and appreciated her help.

We have never forgotten the delicious taste of Idli and Dosa when they were served with ghee.

I love dishes like alu paratha and dal kichadi. The taste of dal is so delicious especially in Goa.

We had a great time at Goa staying at Royal Bagha Residency . It was a wonderful experience and the owner, Khushbu treated us like a family member. She took all the care and guided us for sightseeing also. She also planned our day to day program and helped us to get taxi and bikes for sightseeing. Food was very delicious at Royal Bagha Residency.
