Out of the many budget hotels near Calangute beach, this is one of the best. I stayed with family for 4 nights and we were upgraded to a room with balcony. All rooms face the pool, which is a huge plus. In our 4 night stay we didn't have any complaints. ||||The staff is very cooperative and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The interiors are rustic and old school with wood panel doors and cabinets plus the concrete seats in the balcony, giving the rooms an Old-Goa feel with a modern twist.||||They also have a great restaurant, "Ingredients" with room service, although the options are limited. The breakfast is exceptional with different options everyday. ||||The hotel is a bit far from the beach (about 10-15 mins walking), but it is nice and quiet at night. Good for people looking to chill out away from the hustle bustle of the beach at night. ||||Only issue I found was that the approaching area towards the hotel is a little isolated, limited street lights. Newcomers like me who prefer to walk around after sunset, would face issues navigating the small bye-lanes. ||||Overall ratings:||Room: 4/5||Look and feel: 5/5||Restaurant: 4/5 ||Location: 3/5||Value...
Read moreThe hotel is not worth the price it charges from the people. The rooms, buffet area, swimming pool .. everything is smaller than expected. The management is not efficient enough to handle even 15 visitors. The AC in reception, waiting area and cafeteria hardly works..which is very suffocating. They charge for water for more than 2 bottles per day and are even reluctant to fill the empty bottles from the cafeteria. They don't even provide any crockery in the rooms. They ask the guests to empty the pool by 10pm but don't provide enough towels..had to wait for 30mins to get the towels. The chlorine content in the pool is so high that it dries the skin within 10 mins and the eyes starts itching. Highly disappointed with the services. The only two things i liked about it were Breakfast Buffet (although the service was slow but the taste was good) AC in rooms

Read moreWe enjoyed each moment of the stay here at Sia Signature. The view from our room located at first floor was amazing - One side is the pool view and the other is the rustic woods! The monsoon rain adds more beauty to the place. The ambience with the Buddha placed at the pool side under the palms is serene. Rooms are perfectly sized with good linens and interiors! Balcony at each room is the perfect edge to the stay. The bronze lock, hinges, wood doors, the rocky finish room walls, the hanged pictures and the concrete bed base and the balcony concrete seaters are all one of a kind. One should definitely try the Masala Chai from the restaurant. Food is tasted to perfection! Our love to the one who makes it all (dont know the name). One Mr. Shankar Nautiyal's service at the restaurant is very professional and precise! It would have been good if there Is a white light at the dresser, as the lights are dim to get...
