I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Capricorn in Goa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink.
The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, offering all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the soft linens to the complimentary toiletries. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding area, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant serves a delightful array of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate.
The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to the beach and popular attractions, yet it still provides a peaceful and serene environment. The pool area was pristine and provided a great place to unwind.
Overall, Hotel Capricorn exceeded my expectations in every way. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic location make it a top choice for anyone visiting Goa. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning...
Read moreThe restaurant looks attractive, which drew us to it. The place has hobbit sized tables where a single table can’t accommodate four people at all, but the staffs pretend otherwise. We were waiting to ask the host to join two tables, when he brought four foreigners and did it first for them without them asking. We felt the behaviour of the host to be biased towards white people. The start was not good. We ordered several drinks/shakes, the cold coffee we ordered didn’t have any sugar in it and was bitter as any coffee without sugar could be. We brought this to the host’s, and he behaved as if it was our fault that there was no sugar in the cold coffee. We ordered macaroni Bolognese which was good. We ordered fish and chips. The portion size of chips was lesser than a kid’s portion size, so we again ordered French fries separately. We ordered a large Margherita pizza which was anything but large, it’d would be called a medium sized pizza anywhere else. So we ordered yet another “large” Goanna pizza. Overall, the taste of the food was good here. But the staff behaviour and portion size leaves a lot to be desired. We had fund narrating our experience here, to the rest of the group who went...
Read moreGood economical option when you want to enjoy rich mughlai delicacies and kababs. We went in as a group of 4, total bill was around 960/-
Items in our order -
Chicken Roll x 2 - very juicy inside and soft outside. Would rate a 4.5 ⭐ for this one.
Chicken Seekh Kabab x 1 - personally I am not a fan of seekh kabab, but this one was very juicy and this was the best in what we ordered. 5 ⭐ for this one
Chapatis and porottas - chapati was not soft enough, porotta was good when hot, but it's made from maida. 2 ⭐ for chapati and 3.75 ⭐ for porotta.
Chicken Angara - rich chicken gravy, served on sizzler plate, superb taste. If you ordering main course definitely order this with boneless. The one served to us was with bone, it spoiled the taste of gravy a little bit otherwise definitely a 5 ⭐ for this one.
Chicken Tikka Masala - thick gravy, but was very buttery like a butter chicken. But decent enough to have with gravy. Would rate a 3.25 ⭐
Rice - we went near the closing time, so they didn't have rice, but theyq arranged from...
