SummerVille Beach Resort — Hotel in Goa

The rooms are extremely small. Furnites are way too old and not at all in good shape. They don't clean below the bed at all. Extremely dusty.. The extra mattress they provide is extremely old and it's sponge is coming off from places, the paint of the room is as if it's been touched up by some amateurs. The refrigerator has mold built up. The balcony walls are extremely stained. The ac water keeps leaking in the balcony.. The receptionist in the morning has no smile at all. They won't let you in even a minute before 12pm despite having a 2 year old kid. Everytime I asked for the room since 11am. He kept reminding me of the remaining time before it is 12pm.. Before checking out he called 10 mins to ensure the room is vacated before time. Would've been good if they asked if we wanted to extend or so.. They don't have proper parking space as well. At a time only 2 cars can be parked in series. And if your car is parked first you will have to wait till the car behind you is removed and then you can remove your car. If there are two cars already parked you will have to park it outside on the road. I dint have the option of cancelation after I reached the place or else I would've cancelled it. Not recommending it all.. Parking is limited to only 2 cars at a time, whereas they have about 12 rooms I am guessing. Water bottles are only provided upon request. Bedsheets and linen are not replaced when we ask to...

I have booked this hotel after read so many reviews in google as well as from MMT(MakeMyTrip). ✴️Location wise, it's just 200 meters from main road. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ✴️Condolim Beach is walkable from this Resort. Means, end of this street is Condolim Beach only. ✴️Room wise, it's looks Decent with Balcony. Beds are very comfortable for good sleep and a nice Garden cum Swimming Pool view. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ✴️Reception Staff - Tejas, Subham are very friendly persons to Help you all queries and Local Sightseeing Arrangements. They will help you for Good Rent a Car/Bike as well. (When you book from hotel, you no need to pay any Security Deposit for Rent a Car/Bike). ✴️House Keeping Persons, Kalicharan and other 2 persons are very good and friendly to clean your rooms whenever you want. ✴️Suraj from restaurant who handles as a Single person with all your food-Breakfast and others orders with Smiling face and serves you at his best. We have Stayed 4 Days here and overall Stay was 👍👍👍👍👍👍 and worth for money you paid... Though it's a Budget friendly Resort, it's good to stay for family...

Very poor experience.. Bedsheet and Blanket covers had stains There is no proper flow in shower Receptionist and Restaurant guy is very rude There is no space for car parking if you are planning to come with car Although it is mentioned beach resort there is no connectivity to beach from inside.. You have to walk 300-400 mtrs to excess the beach Breakfast timings are strictly 8-10am. We went outside at 7am and came back at 10.30am. Requested for breakfast ( just 2 plates Poha) but denied very rudely. Restaurant guy told material is over however they were giving orders to rooms same item as in Breakfast. Manger told you have to pay and take the breakfast Booked a executive room but the bed was twin single bed. When I asked to give the single bed the receptionist told we have all executive rooms like that only Couldn't find tv remote in the rooms so requested for it but till 1 hour no one came with the remote.
