My recent stay with the family at Holiday Inn Candolim, Goa was filled with vibrant colours and a festive spirit, thanks to celebrating the Holi festival with the hotel. Despite not being able to enjoy the breakfast buffet due to the early hours and missing out on the gym, my overall experience was still quite enjoyable. The Holi celebration organized by the hotel was a memorable experience. They went above and beyond to create a festive atmosphere, complete with colorful decorations, traditional music, and enthusiastic staff. It was heartwarming to see guests and staff alike coming together to celebrate this joyful occasion. The hotel's efforts to immerse guests in local culture were commendable and added a special touch to my stay. While I couldn't partake in the breakfast buffet due to the early timing, I did have the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant for other meals. The food quality was commendable, with a good variety of dishes to choose from. The local Goan specialties were particularly delicious, offering a taste of authentic flavors. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Goa. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. I didn't have the chance to use the gym facilities, I although wull try to visit it the next time for a good workout. The clean Swimming pool was a definite plus. The location of Holiday Inn Candolim was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. I was able to take leisurely strolls along the shoreline, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.What truly made my stay enjoyable was the friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their local recommendations for places to visit and dine were spot-on, adding value to my Goa experience.

In conclusion, my stay at Holiday Inn Candolim, Goa, was a good experience overall. While I missed out on the breakfast buffet and gym due to timing, the festive Holi celebration, comfortable accommodations, delicious dining options, convenient location, and exceptional service made up for it. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn in Goa during my vacation, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home.

I must give special mention to Selina from the F&B service. Her attentive and friendly service greatly enhanced my dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was perfect, which truly made a difference.

Chef Mrs. Urmila Fernandes & Chef Ajay also deserves a heartfelt thank you. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that showcased the best of Goan cuisine. Their talent and passion for cooking were evident in every bite, and it was a highlight of my stay. Also not to missout on Ms Ankita, who make an amazing mocktail called Watermelon and Basil, it's a must try if you visit here.

Ms. Aishwarya & Ms Chirashree from the Front Office was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They handled all my requests with a smile and made the check-in and check-out process seamless and efficient. Their professionalism and kindness added to the overall positive experience.

Last but not the least Mr Sampad a young guy from Housekeeping staff, very hardworking and efficient with his job, as I was staying here with my kid, all the special needs were very well taken care off, Thank you Mr Sampad, Keep up the good job

Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Goa was fabulous. The excellent service, comfortable and Hygiene rooms, and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect vacation spot. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. The service we received was classic, with special thanks to Ms. Aishwarya Ekmode. Ms. Aishwarya was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in guiding us. Her suggestions on where to shop and which beaches to visit made our trip truly special. Her local knowledge and friendly attitude were invaluable, and we are very grateful for her assistance. The food at the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast buffet, was a treat. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, catering to all our tastes and dietary preferences. The ambiance of the hotel added to our enjoyment. The decor is tasteful and elegant, creating a serene and relaxing environment. The swimming pool area, in particular, was clean and very well maintained. The staff were universally courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with any requests. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay, contributing significantly to our positive experience. However, we do have one suggestion for improvement. The room service, although courteous, was quite slow. Whenever we requested anything, the time taken was longer than expected. Improving the efficiency of room service would enhance the overall guest experience.
