Indian Handi Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience we had at Indian Handi Restaurant located in Candolim, Goa during our recent visit. As tourists who visit Goa occasionally—once or twice a year—we were looking forward to trying new places. Unfortunately, our visit to your restaurant turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

To our shock, we were served food that contained insects, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards. When we brought this issue to the attention of the staff, instead of receiving an apology or any form of courtesy, we were met with rude and unapologetic behavior. The attitude shown towards us as customers, especially as visitors to the state, was extremely disappointing and disrespectful.
