Contact them directly for smoother and lower price.... Owner is friendly, staff are courteous. Price is around 4-5k per room. For a group of 6 this is best. Close to Vegator beach.... i.e. best for couples, friends etc. to enjoy peacefully.

Room has good tv, ample wifi speed, water and a bath tub too.... Overall pleasant stay. Ask staff for anything they'll try their best.

Order food online here, best option (if you are not in own or rent vehicle)

No complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

Chlorine water in pool. Ask them beforehand if you want fresh water. (We missed) Window in bathroom is bit too low and kind of problematic for ladies. (Please check once) anyways no one were trying to peep.

Overall experience is good but small small issues made me disappointed. I booked this property mainly due to it has bath tub but throughout my stay they could not manage to provide hot water. I had a conversation with manger about this issue, he said they never faced such issue before thats fine, I can understand but through out my stay they couldn't solve the issue which is not acceptable specially when I paid such amount. They should provide intercom for communication with intercom bhaiya. They should have some extra bislery bottles...

Beautiful property. We stayed there for a night. The property is new and there are two villas. One which we stayed in is the two bedroom one and the other is three bedroom one. Noth of them are beautiful. The room has all the amenities and it is huge. The bath comes with a bath tub and there also have a small pantry along with television and refrigerator.
