White Pearl Suites by Rosetum — Hotel in Goa

Very bad experience. I don't know who gave this hotel 4 star. Guys please make sure if you are booking garden view rooms because their rooms are on ground floor which is near main gate and the rooms don't have any windows which is very disappointing btw rooms are good as shown on their website. But there is difference between garden view rooms and rooms which has swiming pool side view. If you want to upgrade they charge you 500₹ extra on availability of room. Also it has common door between 2 rooms for garden view rooms. So on our 2nd day we got neighbours who were chitchatting almost till 3-3.30am so it was very disturbing for us. They also 2 Wi-Fi one for customers and other for themselves but customer's wi-fi has very poor connectivity for garden view room. Mobile internet was working fine so didn't had any much problem while surfing. Then I thought will entertain with music on TV but set top box was also not working but it got repaired next day. Set top box was hanging like grapes (Forgot to take photo); not even stand to hold it right horizontal. Breakfast quality was good and staff was cooperative while you have breakfast; they ask you and give you what ever you need on your table if you ask for. While we were checking out on last day the guy who came todo final checkout if everything in the room is ok or nor. He ask you didn't had anything drink or something. I said no because I was not knowing that hotel keeps bottle of wine,soft drinks & peanuts (Non complimentary) in our room's refrigerator but they forgot to keep that also for our 3 day...

By looking at good reviews of hotel, booked for 3 days approximately 6k per day. Rooms looks exactly same as in photos. It has rooms facing garden and pool. We had stayed in room facing pool and it was nice. Since less rooms there was no crowd. Staff was helpful.

With all these positives I'm giving 3 stars because of following cons, and as a 4- star hotel may be I was expecting these things to be met.

Cons: No parking space inside property Bathroom floor had dirt stains Bathroom shower drain was Clogging Curtains, blanket had holes No lift (only two floors so adjustable) Kettle was not working No shampoo and no shower caps provided Clothes drying rack was not provided(as we stayed for 3 days, requested each day for the same, they said they have only few and they are being used by other occupants) Balcony had dust all over

This is one of a kind property with 10 or 12 spacious suite rooms. Extremely pleasant, polite and welcoming staff and well kept property. Candolim, fort aguada and calangoute within some 5 to 6 mile radius.. Freshly prepared breakfast and on-demand omlette and assorted Indian bread orders. Speaking of staff - I have to point out Ravi - one of the hosts at this place to be super hard working, very friendly and is always a call away to take care of anything you may need and answer any questions you may have on the local events, trendy spots to add to ur list or even get you a quick ride to your favorite destinations.. very greatful to Ravi for being there for us.

Rooms are spacious with king size beds, a nice couch and a couple of accent chairs. Bathrooms are spacious with a decent size tub and glass shower partitions and good water pressure with 24hr running hot and cold water.
