We checked in on 8th July 2023, on checking in we all were very hungry and it was already 10.30, and yet we were served breakfast. Within an hour we got freshened up and ready to move out, according to our trip we had a leisure day in Manali, Parvinderji the hotel owner took us to visit a river side cafe, we were served amazing tea coffee and breakfast and after that he took us to the famous Hidimba temple via a more beautiful road, we came to the hotel by evening chilled with my Co travellers and then we had dinner which was right on time and mouth watering. The next day on 9th July 2023 we were suppose to leave for Jispa but due to rain we couldn’t, we thought we would leave by evening if the rains stops, but the rain obviously didn’t stop. We were stuck at the hotel with 30-40 other guest for three days, but it didn’t feel like we were stuck, we had no electricity and no network in our phones, but we had the most amazing time of our lives, everyone in the hotel become like a family member, we had so much fun and we were served with 3 meals a day and tea and coffee whenever we wanted even at morning 6.30, the hotel owner planned bonfire when the rain stopped and arranged booze for all us, his family became our family, Harpreet bhabhi was the sweetest, both their kids were like younger cousins to me, the last day when the rain stopped Parvinderji even tooks us to hampta pass and Sethan in his own car and always treated us like family, he didn’t even charge us extra for everything he did for us. I can proudly say that I am staying at Blossom whenever I visit Manali and suggest the same to my family and friends also. I have a lot of respect and love for all four of them because everything they did for us was so...

I recently stayed at Blossom Hotel in Manali, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
First, the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which led to long wait times for assistance. When we finally received help, it was often unhelpful and unprofessional.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also a major concern. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with dust and unwashed linens. It was disappointing to see such neglect in a place that charges premium rates.
Additionally, the amenities promised were not up to standard. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the hot water supply was unreliable, which made for an uncomfortable stay.
Lastly, the food was a significant letdown. The options were limited, and the quality did not meet expectations. We often found ourselves eating out instead.
Overall, Blossom Hotel failed to deliver on its promises, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a pleasant stay in Manali.Review of Blossom...
