The Moniker Resort & Spa — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

It's located 2.5 kms away from Manali market ( Mall Road). Me with my spouse and kid stayed there 03Nights (25 Dec. to 28 Dec 2017.)

Room condition : well-furnished nicely decorated and cleaned room

Room View : outstanding view from the room

Food ( Dinner & Breakfast) : Awesome tasty food WIFI : Free Wifi available, though its bit slow in the evening onwards. Hot water : available ( solar system) Behaviors : Well behaved staffs in the canteen will remind you your home.

One big negative is the location which is a bit inside the main road and quite confusing. It should get resolved once the roads are done

Improvement required: Especially the staffs in the reception should improve their quality to interact with the customer. The girl on the reception without knowing which room category we booked out …she came in conversation and wrongly stated that you should be glad the we provided you superior room instead of standard room, but the fact is that our booking was already of superior room.

One incident happened on the 3rd day when I came in the room in the evening after the sightseeing we found that no towels are available and no complimentary tea /coffee packet supplied. When we called the reception the girl in the reception asked to call the room service. When we called the room service asking to provide the towels and tea/coffee etc they told us that they are busy with some other work and will come after 15 minute. We had waited 30 min or more but no one came. Then again called the room service , no one picking the phone. Again called reception , she told us that room service are busy and they will come within 10 min . Again we waited 15 min ThenI go to reception and asked for the towel . Then the reception guy asked me to go back to room and he personally bring the towels for me. Really appreciate his approach .

But will request management that they really need to improve on their service standards and hospitality and ensure that their staff is well informed about the hotel policies.

Except that incident rest all are good. Nicely decorated hotel attar us. Will definitely look forward for staying there next time. I will suggest all my friends and family members to visit at moniker resort if they plan to...

Wast of money ;i stayed here from 13 th june to 16 th june . Rooms at third floor are waste dont book them. They are just made to make money. Yellow water was there in bathrooms .Dont drink regular water provided by them.they said that this water is of ro but when u check it that aquaguard was directly connected to that yellow water tank .all time noise from staff. I even didnt sleep whole nights.At the time of check out their swipe machine was not working properly.they threatened us to keep our bags. Owner/ responsible person vijay thakur was not even there to solve the problem .Balconies was attached with each other .so safety issue were always there.waste of 23400 Rs.its humble request .to all the upcoming visitors please check room first than make the payment advance payment was useless here because than we cant do anything.if possible dont go with online photos they show somrthing and 3d view but provide something else. Gyeser not working .gates require maintainance.they have 4 different manager if u complaint anything to one they throw it to other shoulder no one is committed to solve...

5star hotel facilities... Great new building... Great hotel staff... A little apprehensive in taking decisions on their own (they couldn't decide if they can extend my stay in the same room, so had to book the room online for 1 more day and ask them to give me the same room), but the service and hospitality is perfect.... Food is delicios... Even the tea coffee is great.... There was a mini refridgerator in my room....balcony is beautiful to sit at... The only drawback ( if i had to nit pick) is the location. It takes around 35-40 min of brisk walking uphill to reach the mall road.... But if you have a taxi or you like walking( like me) then its not a problem.... Overall, its a great place to stay at and i would definitely recommend...
