Hotel Naveen Manali by Blueko — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

We had been there earlier this year in Feb, very irresponsible staff and we had bad experiences.

They first lured us not to go to the next hotel, after that they are not able to provide required rooms. They made us adjust in other rooms, telling that required rooms shall be vacated in 1 hour after that, they never got back.

The rooms provided had a bathtub which is just a way to attract people into their hotel. Hot water doesn't come for more than 1 min continuously, therefore you can never use them.

Food was about average, but better to go out and eat in the city centre.

They said Laundry was available and took the clothes. When giving them I asked the person about the laundry charges he said, he is not aware and is only a pickup guy. After they delivered the clothes they charged on an average of 35 Rs per shirt and 45 rs Per trouser. When I asked for bill, he said those kind of things dont exist in their laundry.

After we came back, we realized we forgot few items, called them back so so many times, but every time one person picks up the call and tells us they have the items, but only the person in evening shift can tell what can be done.

Evening shift person tells us that he doesn't have the keys and only morning shift person can do anything about it. This went on for 4 months, before I finally gave up on my items. I even told them that I shall pay for the courier charges and everything, still their behavior is so bad.

My advise, don't get attracted due to the pictures, the hotel is very bad and will unnecessarily spoil your...

As soon as we (a family of 4) came out of the bus in Manali, touts started flocking around us. They were asking whether we had any booking. On hearing that we hadn't, a person took us to this property & started claiming that he is the owner of the property. He has two more properties apart from that. He is so down to earth person that despite having multiple properties in Manali he drives cabs just to help people around.

We stayed there for 2 nights (Sunday morning to Tuesday evening). They prepared a package for us. We paid 10k for that.

The package included-

Accommodation in two double bedded rooms with attached washrooms Breakfast & Dinner for 2 days, Breakfast for the last day Sightseeing for 2 days (Rohtang Pass on Day-1 & Manikaran on Day-2).

Cons-

The property is around 1 km from Mall Road & Manali is all about Mall Road. There's nothing much to see in Manali apart from Mall Road. The area is loaded with hotels. So, it's recommended to stay in a close vicinity of Mall Road. We needed to walk for 1 km every time we wanted to visit Mall Road.

The driver who took us for sightseeing wasn't that much cooperative. We almost had a fight on the last day because he didn't tell us anything about itinerary & was carrying us in the car according to his wish.

Recommendation-

Don't fall for any tout in Manali. They always try to take people to offshoot places where they can extract money. There are plenty of hotels & cab drivers around Mall Road. Do your own research &...

Dear all, ||||We had made plans to celebrate 2020 new year Eve at Manali. Once we entered in hotel they start sending to provide us service like, fresh towels, they object us even in use of paper tissue with in the hote and threatened us, for being a visitor in Manali. Most important on new year eve after 10 pm,when we r in a good mood and enjoying new year party in DJ with in hotel. The most pathetic scean was created. ||||All hotel guset was leav the party as the whole hotel staff was drunked, and high with marijuana and other substance. We find all staff is like this only on all nights. ||||One gust from Delhi request to DG to play Hindi songs instead of local himachali songs, and was beaten by the hotel staff on new year Eve for this. About 20-30 drunken guys from age of 15 to 40 all start beating to this gust.||||As we are also single guys (Without Family) we interviend to stop the fight and same thing happen to us. We had reported to police also,but nothing is happend on it. Instead police called us around 12.30am and asked us to come to pollce station at Kullu for making olive report.||||They have no administration,no person is there to stop this scean from hotel.
