Very very bad experience. It's worst according to my today's visit. I have Visited this place 5-6 times before, it was okay that time. But today me along with my friend ordered a mutton momo & cheese momo, both were steamed. They haved told us the description of cheese momo in detail at first, we asked what is basically the stuffing of cheese momo, the staff normally told us that it is a mix of cheese and some veggies (capsicum & onion). But the cheese momo they served us was just a regular vegetable momo, that too not hot(steamed), tasteless. We called the staff then he told us that it is yak's cheese and too is little bit. And started arguing us, the behavior was very very bad. We want to cancel the cheese momo & asked to got our mutton momo steam again for few minutes. After a lot of arguments, he agreed on steaming them again, but haven't cancelled our cheese momo. We totally wasted our time & mood here today. The manager lady have also some attitude problem and said we have many customers & everything. We haven't seen this type of behaviour even in 5 star hotels. So pathetic! Not sure how so many amazing reviews of this place. May be I had a bad day. Ordered VEG SIZZLER. Quantity seemed good. However, many ingredients to upset a die-hard Sizzler fan. Fries were super hard. Everyone uses frozen fries. But, God and the Chef knows why these fries were so super hard. Veggies were just steamed with a pinch of salt and not sautéed. Didn’t find any dressing sauce on the Sizzler. Noodles were just steamed and dressed with few sprinkle of Parsley. No veggies except for some green peas, broccoli & cabbage. Chef could have added atleast some carrot & beans. Plus a quick butter sauté with some herbs dressing would have done the job. My only question to the service staff, if you don’t have enough veggies in store, then please communicate and let know your customer that we can’t serve sizzler than serving a Sizzler which turns out to be the worst that customer would have ever had on Earth. 🙏 Message to such popular restaurants like yours, please respect the value of people’s hard earned money. 🙏 If you are not prepared to serve a certain dish, then there is nothing wrong in communicating the same to...
