Hotel Samrat — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

This is a very good hotel beside mall road in Manali, thus easy to locate. The hotel is just two minutes away from the mall. We have recently booked two rooms at this hotel and had an awesome experience. Both the rooms were big, spacious and well maintained and were full of modern amenities. Bathrooms were big, clean and well maintained too. You can get 24 hours hot and and cold water in the bathrooms. Double bed rooms can easily accommodate three people. I was at Samrat from 28th May to 30th May 22. I have been staying at Samrat since 2004 every year except 2020 n 21during the end of trekking program. It is a nice hotel with delicious restaurant facilities. Rooms are neat n clean and spacious. Excellent service. Situated in the main market on Mall road makes it convenient for shopping and evening n night walks for food, softy, momos, coffee etc. Fully satisfied by the service. Mr. Ramesh Chand, owner is a nice helpful person confirms that every tourist is comfortable, happy and enjoying the tour. He also takes pains to solve the problems other than stay like transportation, permits etc. HATS...

Very Disappointed – Low Quality Food and Bad Service

I recently visited this restaurant and had a very bad experience. I ordered a mix paratha and a veg sandwich, but the food I received was of third-class quality. The so-called "veg sandwich" was just plain bread with a slice of tomato—nothing else.

I politely informed the person at the payment counter, but the owner didn’t even bother to respond or offer any solution. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and eat...
