We visited Lilly inn in December 2020. It was a beautiful experience and gave lots of good memories about the place, people, food. Lilly inn is very nice place to stay. 2 floor building with caretaker and owner staying inside the property. so anything you need 24*7 they are happy to help. Property - Its in old Manali..very nice ambience. very neet and clean property, can walk all around the property. Can park your bike outside the property. This property is nearby Manu temple and is at walkable distance. Also old manali market is also at walkable distance along with many many cafe and restaurant options. Also can get many soveiner options. Rooms - there are many rooms in this property. Speaking about room we stayed was quite spacious, clean and bright. Best part is that you get sun light for whole day..and also for sunrise you dont have to go anywhere..just sit outside your room or just open the windows and watch the sunrise from mountain right in front of Lilly inn. Bathroom was quite big and also clean with good quality of geyser. Also there is medium sized wardrobe to keep our stuffs. Tv and chair is also available inside the room. Owner & caretaker - Owner Hemraj ji and caretaker John was very helpful and friendly. They made our entire stay easy and very happy. Owner Hemraj ji also have information about trekking. So we had visited Gulamlang treck which is 6km treck and is near from the Lilly inn. Food- Due to covid the chef of Lilly inn was not available. however just right next to Lilly inn was Insoul Cafe where there was variety of food available. Also tea coffee breakfast was made available there. So you either can go down to eat so they would just bring at doorstep so one can enjoy morning sun and have breakfast. Overall experience was quite good. Will definitely recommend to visit. Good hospitality and at...

Hemraj, the innkeeper and owner, os an amazing host. He is proficient with the unique spots, trails and treks around and is helpful enough with car booking and other queries you may have.
The rooms are decent (includes geyser) for the price mentioned. You can ask Hemraj for electric room heater if needed. Overall the service and experience was cool.
P.S. Get a room on the second floor and an awesome view of the Himalayas greets...
Read moreStayed at this place with my family, the service was below average. On the 3 night trip he would come to the room to give water but would keep looking around to see what he could find for himself. He would not even put t he bed sheets on extra mattress. above all the staff was charging us for what we didn’t order, however the staff was continually arguing with us and the owner just stood there saying nothing. While leaving the hotel the staff said “chalo bhaago yahan se” The extreme happened when we left the hotel and the staff kept calling a girl and abused on voice message. The owner however still siding with the staff, doubting what we said. It was a very harassing...
