Art Café Manali — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

My experience at Art Café Manali was wonderful in every way. I decided to try the Chicken Schnitzel, and honestly, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken piece was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly seasoned. I truly enjoyed every bite. What's more, the portion size was generous and easily enough for two people, making it excellent value for money. In addition to the outstanding main dish, the accompanying salad was fresh and refreshing, and the french fries were golden and crispy just as they should be. It was a perfect combination for a satisfying and delicious lunch. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere in the café, which made the experience more relaxing and enjoyable. Furthermore, the speed at which the order was prepared was impressive, something I value greatly during lunchtime. A lovely extra touch was the quiet live music playing in the background, which added to the overall ambiance of the place without being loud or intrusive. Overall, my visit to Art Café Manali was a very positive experience. I enjoyed the delicious and generously sized food, the quick service, and the calm and comfortable atmosphere with live music. Went there with kids and ordered at 10pm, food arrived after 11pm, even after the food was served cutlery and plates were given 15 minutes later despite asking multiple times and the food was already cold The chicken of chilli chicken was ridiculously dry and tasteless and the pizza wasn’t served until 12:15 pm and upon asking and the server came up and informed they DONT have pizza anymore He informed that there are 2 people working and couldn’t handle, but if you can’t handle can you tell your guests directly, so they can go elsewhere and not waste their holiday time Just an advice to the management if you don’t want to serve or don’t have any items available, say it when the guest is orders. While it is a cafe where usually beverages and finger food is common, the waiter denied tea and coffee during the evening(giving the reason that we are taking food orders and tea/coffee is served in the morning). The person serving was simply rude and unprofessional. The other waiters accepted later on, clearly indicating the inconsistency in attitude. Hope the owner here takes the cognisance into this kind of service. The live music is good and appreciate the artists playing here though - they are the only attraction...
