How do I even start? Randomly made some friends in the bus who were staying at non-stop, so had just gone there to chill. Only to realise that I will go there everyday for my 1 month trip to Manali.
To start with, Mr. Vijay Thakur, the owner of the cafe, is such a welcoming and warm person! He has expertise of more than 15 years in running cafés and it reflects in the quality of the food the cafe serves.
My top favs: Falafel platter, veg Thali, lamb burger, aloo paratha and the chicken Thali. In my experience, each and every food dish here is very good. Do not miss out on the Bhagsu and the Carrot cakes.
The seating inside area is so cozy and the perfect place to chilll (did everyday). The cafe is cleaned thoroughly everyday and so are the rooms (i couldn’t stay there unfortunately because i had paid elsewhere in advance.
One of the boys who helps Vijay Bhai, Manu, is also one of the sweetest hosts and helps in providing quick service at the hostel - we had literally become friends (all of us).
The cafe is usually filled with foreigners, making it a perfect place to chill and engage socially.
I have never heard Vijay Bhai or Manu say no for any variation or request that you may have, not only to me, but also to anyone else. If you’re lucky, you may get to meet Karthik (Vijay Bhai’s 5 year old), the cutest kid ever!!!
If you’re planning a trip to Manali, definitely should stop here once to enjoy the food and the vibe. Fucking 10 on 10.
Gonna Miss Manali a bit, non-stop a lot. ❤️❤️
Thanks Vijay Bhai, Manu and the other boys for the best...
Read moreAMAZING cafe and stay!!! We had the best experience here, from start to finish. The hosts Vijay and Manu were so kind and they both did so many things to help us have the best time here:
showing us all the available rooms when we arrived so we could choose our preference moving the wifi router closer to our room allowing us to ask for a few different free breakfast options arranging scooter rental and taxi to our next destination simply saying “no problem” when we kept asking to stay longer!! chilling in the cafe each night offering to bring food or drinks to our room if we need
The food in the cafe is delicious, we loved everything we tried. The room is big and comfortable, with hot water and cozy blankets. The location is great, close to the Old Manali shops and other restaurants but not in the main traffic part of the road. The price is very very good, especially including breakfast. We stayed for 9 nights and I will 100% stay here again if I return to Manali. THANK YOU VIJAY AND MANU and everyone at...
Read more4th July 2021. I was looking for an crowded place with dim ambience and low volume music, that's when I came across Nonstop cafe. The seating is low, with carpeted mattress laid on the floor, accompanyied with cushions, comfortable tables, socket for each table. It is a good place to spend an afternoon working. The owners are friendly, courteous on hospitality, and prompt in service. A bit on the pricey side to visit regularly if you're on a budget. Some dishes like chkn tikka can be better, but other things we tried were pleasingly tasty, fresh and properly cooked. Chicken cream soup was soul soothing, and the egg sandwich was surprisingly refreshing. I'd give it a five star rating if the prices were a bit cheaper, but other than that it is 5/5 While you can tune up the music and make a party jam, but this place's naturavibe is low-key, chill, not-loud. I am in Manali for a few weeks and I look forward to visit Nonstop cafe during...
