I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming cafe situated in Old Manali, managed by a lovely couple. This cafe not only offers a delightful selection of pastries and desserts but also provides a memorable experience.

The moment I stepped into the cafe, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. The display case was filled with a variety of mouthwatering pastries and desserts, each one more tempting than the last. The attention to detail and the creativity in their offerings were truly impressive.

One thing that stood out for me was their cappuccino. It was simply divine. The rich, velvety foam combined with the perfectly balanced espresso created a cup of coffee that was both comforting and invigorating. It was evident that the baristas took pride in their craft, ensuring that every cup was a masterpiece.

What added to the charm of this cafe was the beautiful couple who managed it. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a welcomed guest in their home. They were passionate about their business and it reflected in every aspect, from the quality of the food to the ambiance of the place.

To my delight, the couple had a pet that added a unique touch to the cafe. It was delightful to see the furry companion roaming around, spreading joy to both the staff and the customers. It created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience.

The location of the cafe was also a highlight. Situated near a water stream, the tranquil surroundings and the soothing sound of flowing water added to the enchanting ambiance. It was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather while indulging in delectable treats.

Now, it's worth mentioning that the prices at this cafe were slightly on the higher side. However, when you consider the exceptional experience, the quality of the food, and the overall ambiance, the cost becomes inconsequential. It's true what they say, sometimes you have to pay a little extra for a truly remarkable experience. Amazing Experience

In conclusion, this cafe in Old Manali managed by a beautiful couple is a hidden gem worth discovering. The wide variety of pastries and desserts, the delightful cappuccino, the adorable pet, and the serene location near the water stream all contribute to creating a memorable visit. So, if you're looking for a place to indulge your sweet tooth and bask in a cozy atmosphere, don't hesitate to give...

SABALI (OLD MANALI) has stolen my heart. From the taste to the cozy feel of the Cafe to the hospitality provided by abidal and his wife with a welcoming smile always around to a brief menu where everything was drool worthy.

Their brownie is the best I've ever had from the gooeyyy chocolate to the perfect sweet, it was bomb. Even the lime cheesecake was worthy with perfect sweet and a citrusy zing. We tried their cappuccino and Vietnamese iced coffee, which definitely got me a reality check cus I never expected from a small Lil place in old manali with barely any manpower to beat any big coffee houses in delhi.

This couple deserves kudos for maintaining this place and for the fact that they are able to serve such a wholesome experience up there in the hills.

We went there again the other day and even my friends who do not enjoy sweets were a fan of those brownies and the carrot cake. We also tried the cafe mocha and carried with us their home-made almond chocolates, which are again worth tasting. Don't forget to order in advance for their counters run out of stock with a blink of an eye I so remember ordering my second brownie as soon as I saw someone eyeing for that since it was the last piece.

Cheers to this beautiful couple who are also great humans the way they talk and serve with a big smiling face their nature is the testimony to the great food they offer: I wish you both great success and do wish there's a way in the future where we could get SABALI to delhi and give the famous big chill Cafe a run for...

Sabali in Old Manali is an absolute gem that captures the essence of a perfect mountain retreat. Nestled in the heart of Old Manali, this cozy café and bakery offers a delightful experience from start to finish. The food is simply outstanding—their freshly baked desserts, like the choco almond pie and chocolate chip cookies, are heavenly, with every bite bursting with flavor. The hot chocolate and coffee are rich and comforting, perfect for chilly Manali evenings. They also serve a variety of dishes, from wholesome breakfast options to savory snacks, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a serene vibe that makes it an ideal spot to unwind. The café’s location offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and the absence of traffic noise creates a peaceful escape. The rustic decor, paired with comfortable seating, adds to the charm, making it a great place to relax, read, or enjoy good company. The service is exceptional, with staff who are genuinely friendly and attentive. The host, Abidal, stands out for his warmth and hospitality, always greeting guests with a smile and ensuring everyone feels at home. The team’s dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in their prompt service and willingness to go the extra mile.

This café has truly become my favorite spot in Old Manali. Every moment spent here felt like a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect retreat on a rainy day. Sipping on a rich, creamy hot chocolate while listening to the soothing sound of raindrops outside was an experience beyond words. It warmed both my hands and my heart, creating a sense of comfort and contentment. And let's not forget the banoffee pie! Each bite was a heavenly combination of sweetness and crunch, leaving me craving for more. It was the perfect treat to complement the chilly weather and my mood. But what truly made my visit memorable was the deep and meaningful conversation I had with the owner. We delved into topics ranging from life philosophies to travel adventures, creating a connection that went beyond the usual customer-owner interaction. Every second spent in this café was filled with incredible moments that I'll cherish forever. It's not just a café; it's a place where time slows down, allowing you to savor the simple joys of life. I absolutely loved every bit of the three hours I spent here, and I can't wait to return soon.
