Chaos (one of the owners, is a musician, magician and an amazing pancake maker), and his wife is a sweet host that will never let you feel out of place. Sagar, the manager ensures that you have everything you need and will help you with any reservations or other requirements. Nicely located in the quite lane of Old Manali, you can experience both calm and chaos in this Multiverse. They offer the cleanest rooms and amenities with option to pick a personal room or a dorm.It has a common room with ping pong table, a telly with all ott connections. Perfectly located among the apple orchids, this place is within 15-20 steps for the best bakeries and restaurants. Thank to all the artists at Multiverse, you will have plenty of options to head for a nice Music gig, open mics or the electronic Music nights they host once a week. Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was all awesome. Location is nice at the end of dragon street and tons of cafes nearby. The view from the terrace is 360°. It's an awesome place if you are into creative field and music. They will provide you all the opportunity to show your talent. Amazing parties every Thursday with open mic and DJ. Lovely & very sweet owners "Papa Chao & his wife" who are always there to help you, extremely polite. If you in old Manali do try pancakes at "Papa Chaos Cafe" and do attend "Free Beers" gig (Chaos rock band). "Sagar" the property manager is always available and on his toes to help you with anything. Even if the kitchen is closed or if the staff is on leave, he is ready to cook your quick snacks. Extremely friendly staff and their in-house food and chef is also good and very polite. The common room is a nice place to chill or if you want to work. Good wifi speed and a big 50+ inch TV to watch, table tennis and lots of games to play.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the owners and staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet, a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings). You can also indulge in Table Tennis here.

Food is good , which can range from Sandwich to some lovingly prepared spread of Indian and Continental food.

The hostel has a special open mic or trance night every Thursday,which also includes mouthwatering special dishes.

It's location is in the heart of Old Manali and it's an easy walk to get anywhere from here.

I was planning to stay for 7 days but ended up staying 15 days here and had no complaints whatsoever - of course reviews like this and the ones below makes this a popular place to stay, I don't think there was one day when this place wasn't fully booked...
