Rosedale Cottages Manali — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

Very poor & horrible Experience. We couldn't get rooms even after confirm booking with advance payment (6-7 June 2024). When we reached there with our family, the owner Mr. Jayant told that rooms are still booked and he suggested to us to stay in other hotel which is his known's. The owner of other hotel Mr. Abhishek had informed him on call that he hasn't empty rooms & sufficient staff to serve but still he instinct him. So we have to go there. It was not fair at all when you have to move with family in other hotel which you not selected. At all we would like to give less than 0 review if possible.

After getting viral my this "Honest Review about your commitment", Mr. Jayant rescued his with "Manipulated Communication in his reply" about subject - "check in time". Did you Clearly told that you are unable to allot our booked rooms because we reached hardly 30 minutes early? You clearly told that "Your last clients EXTENDED their rooms occupancy" so you are not able to allot us our booked rooms than you sent to us other hotel / homestay.

it's not good to speak lies words to hide earlier...

We had booked 2 rooms last week in this property 10-15 days prior to our trip with advance paid. On reaching the property Mr Jayant told us that he is unable to provide us the rooms as guest have extended there stay. This was disgusting for us as the next property he suggested was too far and we had multiple issues in changing our stay. Mr jayan has shown Zero concern .Easily said that the property is booked so u all have to shift to the other property . this was sheer unprofessional of him as we had our family and kids with us who has to wait for too long and wasted our half of the day. Sincere request to anyone booking this property kindly confirm thrice before you go here .. Never ever comming to this property .....

I recently had the chance to stay at Rosedale cottages in Manali with my friends and I had a great time over there. First of all the location of the cottage is well-placed and nestled with a very beautiful and stunning view of the mountains and the open valley. The front garden is pretty and the rooms were cozy and spacious and a breathtaking view of the stunning scenery of the snowcapped roads and houses from the room balcony just took my heart away. Having said all that, the food served was homely and comforting and the hotel staffs were caring and prompt on call for service. Overall I highly recommend staying at this...
