Please don't go to this Hotel one of the most regretable decision I made in my life that choosing this hotel We checked in hotel around 10:30 they said the breakfast was only till 10'o Clock we said ok After we went to mall road for breakfast and Lunch also after we came back to Hotel and ordered Dosa they said The cook was not available I was like WHATTT?? WHYYY? You considered your hotel as 3 star so why there were cook is not available They said only peanut chana chat is available then we ordered 4 chana chat they brought only 2 we asked them where was another one They said only two available Then it's time for evening snacks our tummy was hungry at that time and they said now directly lunch is available our trip was litreally Spoiled And they have us dinner at 9pm and the dinner was also average Not too good then we request them to provide one heater Because outside temperature was in -1 we litreally call them for 3 or 4 times they said Yaa yaa We will provide we will provide and they don't Litreally Worst experience ever please please It's my humble request Do not Go this hotel try another So that your mood would not spoil And give this hotel as 0 star rating 🤢🤢🤢 I will never go to this hotel in future for sure and I will Tell my friends and family too that never go to this Worst Hotel 🤢 Likeer Why aree youu open Hotel please shut the Hotel we beg🙏🏻🙏🏻 Please save...

It was memorable experience in Manali at hotel shubhdev manali... especially Mr tshering sir who is the owner of the hotel take care of each and every person who stays in the hotel... support staff is also nice gives nice service..rooms are very cleaned and from room we get very beautiful view of mountains and valley... location is the most beautiful thing of that hotel...and the hotel serves very delicious food Mr tshering sir personally contact to us about our requirement about food and gives us very delicious food..and one more things about him we have to visit sisu valley and that time heavy traffic jam in solang valley to atal tunnel road...that time he told me that vishal ji kaha bhi traffic me fas gaye ek call kar dena kaha se bhi nikal ke hotel launga aapko that is the most family wali feeling by him...it's the bestest hotel...

Pathetic service by owner..he just flips..stay away from his trap.

Tshering please don't speak about honesty which don't suit you..you promised me two days stay at your property and later at last minute it's changed to 6sesaons for a day and later in Shimla you changed the property again, and it's a very far property...coming to transport you guys promised Swift and provided Alto 800.

It's just because of your carelessness I had to change the bus in midnight waiting in cold wheater at Chandigarh..if you would have not promised me initially that you would arrange a transport from Shimla to Amritsar I would have planned something..

You just flip your words..please try to stick to something..don't...
