London Yard Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

The worst in dine experience. A few weeks ago, we called them and placed an order on the phone. 2 hours later, no update and no delivery. Upon reaching the outlet, we were shocked to see a denial from the very guy who took the order. It was frustrating and annoying to deal with the worst customer service.

Today, 22nd Oct, there was a board advertising a BOGO on the cheese burst pizzas on a payment of Rs. 100 per pizza. We went in to order and were told that such an offer did not exist. The unprofessional cashier at the cash counter had the audacity to deny the existence of such an offer despite the banner introducing the BOGO offer on cheese burst pizzas having been put up right inside their store. Had to point it out to them and he acted like he was doing charity to us by saying "Theek Hai, Karva deta hoon". Would love for the management to comprehend that they're not doing us a favour. London yard Pizza🍕 services are pathetic. They don't know the meaning of after sales services. On the top of this, the Cashier Mr Vinay tomar he is very rude and doesn't know how to talk with the customers. He is very rude and makes faces when asked to answer about my pizza 🍕 order being pizza quality while adding the coloring . There are better places to go in Ahmedabad, than to face such customer service. They don't deserve a star. Recently visited this place for dinner. It’s located exactly at surdhara circle very prime location.

I have tried their pizza, and bun. Food was delicious and freshly made. I have tried their below pizzas
