there was one lady and she says that she is not owner, she is arrogant, uneducated and unprofessional, without informing she charge 1000 if we wait for 5 to 10 min and later she says that its mentioned in menu card for seating 1000 extra charges and i paid as she was loud and scolding me as i was new to this place and wanted to safe myself so i had to pay 1000 - seems disrespect to me the way she stood in front of me and she was also not giving me my parcel as take away in 2 hour i generated bill of 1200/- i can't believed such kind of gujrati lady and she was about to touch and laughing unstoppable as i was responding in english and she keep says that she is...

We ordered waffles Fudgy brownie - it was really tasty the waffles were well cooked and very crispy and it had brownie and icecream on top of the waffles which made a perfect pair for eating together so it was really good. I recommend this to people who like brownie and ice cream together.

Chunky chocolate chips - the waffles were tasty and they had choclate melted on top and there were many chocolate chips pieces and the ice cream is there in all the waffles so the melted choclate tasted good with the icecream .

So overall I would give the food -5/5 Service - 4/5 Ambience - 4.5 I recommend this place for people as the desserts...

They force you to pay extra charges for cake cutting without giving you any prior information about the rules. And before consumption of cake i gave the staff to preheat it, then also i was not stopped or given the information about the rules. The rules and the fine charged are not even mentioned anywhere in the Café as well as not in the billing slip. I have been there like 3 times but not willing to visit again after such bad customer service and such rude behaviour of owner. even there are no prior information given about outside cake consumption.
