Thank you for following up over call. There should be good explanation of 1 star rating for hotel.. for staff - definately 5*..

You should have to work on following issues: If you set ac temperature to 20, we are bombarded with snow on bed.. wonderful!!! Room service was good but what about cleaning for bed and coat.. Bed is full of dust, even if you change cover, won't help. I'm really grateful that you offered me discount of 500, but please work on quality..

Last but not least, hotel staff is quite polite and an understanding..no doubt in their services..it's all about inside room which only owner...

As I had work at Airport I booked this hotel through OYO. Surprisingly this time I had not a good stay with OYO. This hotel is good if you want to stay near airport. Rooms are old. Don't feel the freshness. If you ask them to clean they will clean the room immediately but room will not be cleaned. The way the are cleaning is not good. Mop is yakky. Its making the room more dirty. But hotel staff are good and quick. This is the only advantage. For a single day stay is okay otherwise avoid it as you will find many...
