Good evening all. I would give a negative rating if the app allowed to, due to the guy sitting at the reception!!!The most pathetic experience iv ever had. To start with, we (2 adults and a child) checked-in and out of this hotel in a matter of 4 hours, though booking was done for a day to catch the morning flight. We reached the place by 5 pm. Started the check-in formalities and answered everything we were asked by the reception guy. My family had come to DROP us off. While I stood there speaking to my family, the receptionist VERY VERY rudely and arrogantly says "aapko abhi bol detha hoon main kisi aur ko andar jaane nahi doonga"(I will not let anyone else go into the rooms). I was shocked at his tone and asked him if I had asked for others to enter the room. He continued accusing us of initially saying 2 adults and 2 kids(when clearly the MakeMyTrip booking mentioned 2 adults and 1 child). I was aghast at his behavior as he continued to speak very harshly and made us feel as if he was doing us a favor by giving us the room.....As he understood his blunder, his apology was thus - "haven't I said sorry, why are you continuing to argue "? This was when we asked him if this was how he spoke to all the customers. We kept our luggage in the room, went for shopping, returned to take our luggage and checked-out immediately Relieved and happy, we went and checked into a much better hotel near airport at the same cost. There are many other places near airport with very courteous and helpful staff, airport drop etc. Please AVOID this place if you want hospitality and decency.|The place is nothing like shown in the pics. Hence book at your own risk. If at all you get past the arrogant, rude and egoistic person at the reception, will you be able to have a decent stay. The ONE and ONLY advantage is its proximity to the airport.|I'm writing this review on the same day after checking-out and also realised the reason the place was almost empty.|P.S. - 1) We have the picture of the receptionist in question, but choose not to upload it coz we respect the individual's privacy despite his horrible and cringe worthy behavior. The review gives a good enough picture of the receptionist, not at all difficult to identify.|2)With a little effort, we can easily find much better places in terms of hospitality, facilities, decency and a warm welcome. Read moreThe only good thing here is location, had it been far from airport I am 200% sure nobody would’ve chosen. The problem started when they charged us full amount that is charged for one day, even though when said we will hardly stay 12hrs. We compromised and agreed, now our flight was delayed and further delayed for 3 hrs so we stayed for 13hrs instead of 12hrs and they were calling us and asking us to leave ASAP as per our agreement also the person who served us food asked us to checkout, I mean u just gave food n how can u ask to leave aren’t we supposed to eat? so we ate in haste checked out in 13hrs even though flight was delayed further, now I requested them to extend our stay for at least two more hours the owner said he will charge more than 70% of the total day fare for 2hrs, although many rooms were vacant, I mean seriously? If u keep aside ur money looting attitude and think on humanitarian perspective how is it fair to charge 1000k for 2more hrs ??? I denied and stayed at the reception. For next 2.30hrs!! They didn’t even bother to ask for water, or even think off providing a room in a little lesser amount, Forget about hospitality and being thoughtful to the needs for their guest!! They have this stern face and extremely insensitive way of thinking. They cheat, they loot and the food was saltless plus super expensive. I Would ask y’al to stay at the airport lounge on a layover of 12-16 hrs! Trust me it’s cheaper and the food is unlimited and free for 3 times. u also get place to sleep. For me, I am now okay to stay far from airport but never this!!

Read moreIt was more of a home converted to hotel. I was given the only available room and that was at ground floor close to reception. Bathroom was a disappointment (no wonder, the hotel has not put photo of bathroom anywhere) ||2. Problems with the room: ||a. Light and fan switches were not on bed-side. This is the first hotel (if I can call it one) I stayed in where not a single light and fan switch was on bed side. I had to get up and go near room door to switch on /off light and change fan regulator setting!||b. WC was not clean – when I wiped it with tissue, the tissue turned black! ||c. There was no jet spray with WC, only a fixed WC spray. It was rusted and not fixed at proper height – it could not be used with seat cover.||3. I complained to the booking site through which I had booked.||4. Somewhere between 11-11:30pm, the hotel staff hands me over a mobile saying hotel owner wants to speak to me. The owner was rude and asked why I complained! That I should check-out if I had any problem. At that late in the night, I had actually gone to sleep, he was threatening me why I complained, and asking me to check-out!||5. As the room was near reception and there were 3-4 hotel staff sitting and chatting at reception, there was noise till very late in the night.||6. Early in the morning at 5am, they started repairing a water motor bang opposite my room with all the noise of hand tools.||7. The check-in SMS had mentioned breakfast timing as 7-9am. When at 7:15am, I asked for breakfast, I was told that the timing is 8-10. When I showed the sms, they said they will make it and give it and do not keep it ready!
