Absolutely, not a place for Buffet... one of the worst experiences at ITC hotel chains. Especially planned a Dinner Buffet outing with family with great expectations as have been to so many other ITC hotels across country and promised the family for an exemplary meal!! However, the expectations were short lived. Firstly, to small a place with regards to a five star hotel to host a Buffet. For the price, I paid close to 19k for a 7 people dinner buffet., it was far below expectations. The service was okay by staff. Too limited food choices for a place like ITC which has some exceptional buffets in many other states., trust me, certain places 3 or 4 star places have better and more elaborate buffet choices than ITC Narmada Adalaj Pavillion. Trained staff is a challenge, took almost 20 to 25 minutes to settle bill as I had redeemed a voucher. The person (Mahesh) handling the billing was smelling of Cigarette while being talked to., also, for a request as simple as entering my club ITC member to earn some points as a saving grace post the not so good meal, was asked so many questions. Pheewwww..... Beverages, as simple as the masala chaas, lemonade and Ice Tea, seemed were prepared by rookie chef, absolutely pathetic.. had to actually request to please make it again., the second ones were a bit better though, but not up to the mark. I still regret redeeming my 10 k voucher for such a bad experience, still can't get over it. Trust me, the whole family then went to a nearby place and had a small dinner again to satisfy the hunger, taste buds and get a good feel for the Saturday evening. Our first visit to this remarkable resort took place in December 2023, as we wanted to celebrate a special occasion—our anniversary. Upon our arrival, the attentive staff inquired if we were celebrating anything, and when we shared that it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a delightful, small cake. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us, as it’s not often that establishments pay such close attention to personal milestones. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we were thoroughly impressed with the starters and the overall charm of the resort during that visit.

However, our latest experience last week was unfortunately quite different. We noticed that the high standard of food quality we had come to expect had noticeably declined. The starters, which had been a highlight during our previous visit, lacked the same freshness and taste, leaving us disappointed.

Additionally, we encountered a frustrating situation with the valet service that cast a shadow over our evening. After finishing our dinner and eager to head home, we provided our car reference number to request our vehicle. The valet staff assured us that someone would retrieve it promptly. However, it became apparent that no one had gone to get our car. After a 20-minute wait, we decided to inquire about the delay, only to discover that they had misplaced our keys. Finally, after a bit of back-and-forth, they dispatched someone to fetch our car. Ultimately, we found ourselves waiting around 30 to 35 minutes, which marred what could have been an enjoyable evening.
