Dear General Manager :: Mr.Choudhary(Kalal)||||I would like to comment how pleased i was with the service provided to me by entire hotel staff..During my Recent Trip with my Wife son and mother & sister from 30th October to 5th November 2021..My room no::303 and 306...I was Fortunate enough to stay at your Platinum Hotel for 1 time..The hotel is the best and staff generally Friendly..||||I Wanted to Express my Appreciation for the Superior Service I received during my stay at the Platinum particular Mr.Choudhary (Kalal) was very helpful and Deserve a great deal of Praise for the Excellent Customer Service..||||Hotel Staff maintained a positive attitude and ensured i felt welcome during the stay everyone treated us with Dignity and Respect..I was amazed at the Consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra-mile the staff was well groomed.||||Kudos to u and your staff for making our stay a great one..I will definitely be staying with the Platinum Hotel again..Next time again with Family.||||Nothing but least if i dont do this job then this is incomplete. Read moreWe had a very pleasant stay at the Platinum Hotel over 5 nights.||||The rooms were hugely comfortable and very clean - very large, enough space to keep all our luggage, all the toiletries/shower caps/other amenities you would need as well as a secure safe and free bottled water.||||The restaurant was great - the buffet was very reasonably priced with a full range of local and international options. The staff in the restaurant were lovely - always greeting us with a smile and quick to serve. They went out of their way to obtain certain local items which were desired for breakfast.||||||The service at the hotel was very good especially in housekeeping. It beat even the top 5 star hotel in which we stayed in Delhi - housekeeping was so quick to bring anything we asked for, our bags were brought up or down promptly etc. The doorman, for example, called us autos promptly and always greeted us with a friendly smile.||||The laundry service was also very reasonably priced and quick to come back.||||Thanks to Mr. Chaudhary for arranging our stay and taking care of all the requests we had, e.g. re organising intercity travel.||||Minor suggestions - laundry was returned slightly damp on some days and billing can be clearer (the breakdown of bills in for room service/the restaurant etc is presented differently to the breakdown of the final bills). Read moreI am quite at a loss to understand how people have given this place 4/5 star rating?To begin with I was given room 105,which had old and worn out mattresses by far the most horrible ones,the bedsheet though washed had food stains on it.The water pressure in the bathroom was minimal.There was no hot water in the washbasin.Even after requesting at the reception to fix the issue,there was no rectifying of the problem.The reception staff seemed totally unconcerned.Tea satchets in the room were kept to the minimum,so one had to tell them to keep more satchets else they would not,but I must appreciate the house keeping service of Mr Alex,who was always willing to serve with a smile.I would rate his service as Excellent among all the housekeeping staff.I would suggest the hotel upgrades it's reception area to something brighter and cheerful,else it's absolutely dull.The staff at dining area needs to learn some courtesies,their attitude seemed arrogant.Having seen hotels in Delhi &NCR ,this place was a major disappointment .They need to match their standards to hotels in the metros,if they want people from metros to...
