Hotel Luxury Stay — Hotel in Gurugram District

worst experience in this hotel. highly not recommended. firstly room was dirty. the wall scenery was fallen on the floor. bed mattress was broken. room was full of smoking smell. even the corridor area was full of smoking smell. shower was broken. even then soap dispenser was also not working. bedsheet and pillow were dirty tooo. No dustbin, no towel, no electric kettle, no water bottle.

now comes to the complimentary breakfast, during checkin i asked hotel staff what was the breakfast today. he said it was buffet including pasta and all. when i went for breakfast they don't it was not buffet they only have bread butter(local cheap quality artificial butter not amul or mother dairy) and parantha only and visitor over there shouting at staff because they don't have enough breakfast. they are arranging from outside. highly nor recommended and don't...

Location is very accessible.

Hotel is Big and spacious.

Rooms are spacious.

But SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

BEDSHEETS and Pillow covers were not changed. They were filthy dirty, and had bad wrinkles.

Amenities like TV had no remotes.

No Soaps and Shampoo provided. 1 handwash and 1 refilled lotion was all.

Towel was not provided before.

Floor was not wiped.

TOILETS WERE CLEAN - THANK GOD.

So overall in COVID Times I will not come back to this hotel again, despite for 700 a night.

The rooms are not washed, wiped, cleaned, bedsheets changed. This can let you get the virus if someone infected stays here before you. Or maybe to you through me.

I m sleeping with my tshirt below my head and no direct contact with the bedsheet.

Starting from the staff, they are very helping, always ready to assist you, kind, friendly.Front desk staff RAJ was very kind and professional. Check-in is done fast. Cleanliness is maintained everywhere. Parking for two wheelers is available inside the property. Lift is available. Also room are good to stay, clean room with large window is there to give a good view. Washroom were clean and well. Maintained. All the requests were handled with priority. Talking about food, i ordered chilli potato and portion and taste was really good. All the room service request were handled within time. Rates of meny is reasonable. You can also order from outside if want. Market is also nearby, it takes 5 min to the market.
