Limewood Stay Mall 51 — Hotel in Gurugram District

This place truly deserves a no star rating! Due to a very bad experience during my recent stay at this hotel property which I believe warrants immediate attention.

From the moment I checked in, the room condition was unacceptable: stained surfaces, visible dust, torn and dirty bedcovers. The bathroom lacked basic toiletries, had a nearly empty toilet roll, dirty toilet, black mold in tile corners, and a generally unhygienic appearance. So many Insects crawling on bed, walls, floors. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained.

More concerning was the lack of safety. On multiple occasions, someone attempted to open our door. A delivery person even knocked on our door with food we never ordered—raising serious questions about how they accessed guest floors. Throughout the night, loud music, shouting, and slamming doors made it impossible to rest. As a female guest, I felt genuinely unsafe, especially since all visible staff were male and no security presence was apparent.

The food experience was equally disappointing. Very limited option to order from menu and that too was turned down at times, as they didn't have all the ingredients to make. Also, their website advertised buffet dining, but truly they only offer basic in-room dining—their misleading and are far from the standard expected of even a 3-star hotel.

This stay was not only uncomfortable but unacceptable by any hospitality standard.

I urge your team to investigate this property’s conditions and security practices immediately. Guests deserve transparency, safety, and cleanliness. Sorry, but if you are claiming you are 3 star! Please reconsider your star rating. Truly speaking, this hotel is not even worth calling a...

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After our stay, we were charged for a hand towel simply because it got slightly dirty from normal use — something that happens in any hotel. Instead of providing proper laundry service as expected in hospitality, they claimed it was “damaged” and made us pay extra for it.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional, and it felt like they were just looking for excuses to make more money off guests. It’s not about the amount, but the principle and the attitude. Hospitality means service, not penalties for basic usage.

Service is not good. We booked it through AIRBNB. Booked it for 12 people. 2 rooms & terrace. The manager did not allow 12 people even after booking it on AIRBNB. Then the music wasn't available untill 9:30pm. Asked not to get outside food. Then we were asked to vacate the terrace max by 1am & asked only 8 people to stay. Though, we did not vacate it till 4am.
