The place was okay because of owner gesture and asking for the comfert but wouldn’t go again or recommend it to anyone. The owner is very warm and his hospitality is excellent, but the staff seemed tired and uninterested in their work. At the pizza counter, when I asked for chicken pizza, they first said only veg was available, and later mentioned chicken would take time, likely because the chef was still busy with prep. When I asked for keema pav, I was told it wasn’t available either. Then chilli garlic wings from chinese were again tandoori wings when I asked the server she req. Chef and bring chilli chiy.Service overall was mixed—a girl serving was polite, quick, and attentive, but another staff member appeared unhygienic, scratching himself repeatedly, which was off-putting. Cleanliness was also lacking, with oily plates and tables, and the sofa we sat on was uncomfortable with worn-out cushions where you could feel the wooden base. Desserts, usually the highlight of any buffet, were kept so carelessly that they didn’t even look appetizing. On top of that, the music was very loud, which made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere, though the crowd was mostly family-oriented. One of the staff was repeatedely asking us to do fast we are about to get close 45 min before the closing time around 30 prior the closing time of buffet the main course section was empty although one of the staff asked our preference and served us at are table. When it comes for food taste prawns and fish were good, chicken was chewy. Main course was good. And we ordered 2 LITs which were good. Overall, despite the owner’s good nature, the hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort of the place really need...
Read moreTried out Castle’s Barbecue Today, I have to say — it was such a delightful surprise!
From the moment we stepped in, the place had this warm, castle-inspired vibe — wooden decor, ambient lighting, and a cozy setup that made us want to sit back and enjoy a leisurely meal.
The live grill at the table was the highlight — juicy kebabs, spicy prawns, grilled pineapple and more. Everything was fresh, hot, and kept coming without us having to ask. The staff was more than happy to tweak the spice levels and ensure we were comfortable throughout.
The buffet spread had a great variety — Indian curries, noodles, biryani, breads, salads… all well-cooked and flavourful. The butter chicken and dal makhani were especially comforting — like a warm hug on a plate.
And then came the desserts — oh my! From freshly fried jalebis to mini pastries, gulab jamuns, mousse kulfi and Rum balls( I had been craving for this and they were truly awesome 🎊)— we may have made one too many trips to the counter so I took a little of everything… a plate full😅
What really made the experience stand out was the service. The staff was genuinely warm, attentive and remembered what we liked. It’s those little things that leave a lasting impression.
✅ Reasonably priced ✅ Great for family outings or celebrations ✅ Left with full stomachs and happy hearts
Would I go again? In a heartbeat.
Rating: 4.5/5 Castle’s Barbecue isn’t just food — it’s a full-on feel-good experience.

Read moreMore hostility than hospitality ! We had a corporate booking for around 70 people at this buffet barbeque restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Despite such a large booking, there weren’t even enough chairs and we literally had to go around and fetch chairs ourselves. That in itself set the tone for how careless and unprepared the staff was. The service was appalling. It genuinely felt like they were doing us a favor by serving food. The staff carried such an attitude that you were almost questioned for asking for anything. The food was average at best, but the behavior of the staff made it unbearable. None of them had a smile on their face; they looked annoyed just to have guests around. To top it all, it took more than 30 minutes and repeated follow-ups with at least five different people just to get a soft drink. When it finally came, the so-called manager served it holding it in his bare hand, without even a tray. This was not just unprofessional—it was insulting. This restaurant doesn’t deserve to be in the hospitality industry. The staff looked untrained, unqualified, and completely lacking the most basic courtesy expected in this line of work. Management seriously needs to rethink who they hire. In the end, we still managed to have a good time but only because we played our own music and danced away the blues, not because of anything the...
