The Avenue Residency Near Leisure Valley Park — Hotel in Gurugram District

We booked this room on AGODA a company which doesn't have any customer care telephone number or approachable website for grievance redressal. The advertised sites are fraud. Numbers not even in dictionary. They only know how to cheat. First, the room shown while booking was not ready and the manager BOY said he won't give that room at the booked cost. Second, entrance of the hotel itself was scary with shady looking couples (some not even of legal age ) entering and leaving premises. It looked less a hotel and more a brothel. Third, BREAKFAST was included in the booking, but the BOY manager blatantly refused ("Itna paisa mein koun breakfast dega tumko" ...his words). Fourth, we said we can't accept substandard room, he happily said...."then leave". Fifth, when we booked the room, immediately it gave a prompt that said NON REFUNDABLE. Same evening when we checked the site, it says "FREE CANCELLATION & FREE BREAKFAST". They are not going to back-off, till the time someone actually finds the AGODA boss and whips him. Worst experience ever at this hotel. Dont book room in this hotel and definitely never any room on AGODA. If you are expecting refunds...Don't....wate of time. If someone from AGODA is reading...

Pathetic property don't recommond for anybody front office satff is auguing , I was coming in Gurgaon for my office work I booked this property by Oyo and o told my expected arrival time is 11:00pm when I was reached there front office guy told me we are sold out we dont have room i told but i have booking then he told me i don't no how Oyo took you're booking but if you want room you have to pay extra and his charges was double i told I'll compliant to Oyo he told yes you can and go outside look another hotel I was tired I told give me room I'll pay extra then he told me cancel you're booking which you make by Oyo I cancelled booking then he give me room that was not problem I paid extra but also room was very bad TV not working ,lilen was used washroom dutbin was not clean towel already use in room , thank God I was alone this place not good for couples and families.... And I will naver make any...

I am very disappointed with this hotel..it was very dirty in room insects were there.. AC leakage was also in room. & I have booked twin room but they have given me single room & that too after taking 1000rs extra after booking charges also. I need my money back & plz take action on this hotel. Can someone contact me on my no from oyo team ..I can share them photos of room & they can check my booking details what I have booked ..& 1000 rs extra I have transferred digitally ..that too I have I can share.. I need my money in any conditon..otherwise I ll knock consumer forum. Its not matter of money ..its 420 booked for twin & got single room.& after reaching guys are saying we will not give u room if u have booked from oyo. They will cancel the booking. At that time I haven’t any option so I paid extra & taken room & that too given single room rather than...
