booked the place for wedding guests. The management is pathetic.. we asked for 20 rooms, only 16 were provided even after booking for extra bedding 1.5 month advance, the manager dharamveer denied for the extra mattresses.

breakfast , lunch both were tasteless and the arrangement was very poor. we booked the basement banquet for small function, the ACs were not working. the rooms given has smell issues, key lost and acs not working.

totally mis managed place. at the time of booking, dharamveer showed great confidence but in reality the person and their staff all were very irresponsible and rude.

The room was not clean...staff was shady...i booked for 2 nights but i left after staying there for 1 night only... Someone knocked on our door and tried to open that at 3 AM... You can hear drunk people and staff roaming around the corridor... Bucket was broken...there was very bad water pressure. Worst stay i had ever had plus food was so bad and they gave us only half portion but charged for full. When I called them about they said sir it's half only and will be charged half but they charged for full. I won't recommend...

Very bad! They don’t accept booking price I had to pay twice as much. Then they gave me very dirty room where impossible to stay, ok they they changed. I want to stay one day more but they said I have to leave because I’m not Indian. I’m guest in this country and I have to stay on the street because they don’t accept foreigners.
