BedChambers Serviced Apartments - Artemis Hospital — Hotel in Gurugram District

The rooms were cramped with no locks on bathroom doors, and there were maintenance issues like a leaking flush. The kitchen lacked utensils and water, and the RO system needed servicing. Additionally, the property seemed to be managed by questionable individuals.

On December 31st, we checked in at 5:30 pm, and by 7 pm, the property owner called, speaking rudely and threatening to force us to leave with the help of his police friend. Despite agreeing to lower the music volume, the owner insisted on creating unnecessary tension. We complied and reduced the volume, but the owner continued to demand payment for his farmhouse as if we had hosted a party.

Even after minimizing the music, the property manager accused us of making noise two hours later. We insisted they involve the police if there were any issues. In conclusion, the staff was rude, and the property seemed to be managed by unsavory characters. Not recommended for a peaceful stay; consider this property only if you seek a disruptive...

It was a great experience. Very close to the hospital. Spacious rooms inclusive of all facilities. The highlight was the friendly and always smiling staff, kamal and poonam. Poonam is a good and a fast cook and ready to make whatever you like. Kamal was ever ready to solve any problem and fast on feet to maintain cleanliness.

The only low was the network including WiFi connection due to the storm which kamal later got solved and he also got the ac serviced when it broke down. Kamal was certainly generous in his support.

Over all. Great apartment with a private garden and all utilities included. My family comfortably stayed and were happy with everything, especially with the staff.

The managers were accommodative in letting us make an extension without any hassel. Great...

Single Star is for the management!!!

1. Main Hall AC doesn't work and requires Gas filling but silly excuses being given.
2. Electricity went off for kitchen room and some of the rooms in the evening and no attempt was made to resolve.
3. Wireless wasn't working till they made few calls and had it restored couple of hours after we checked in.
4. Caretaker Kamal is a nice person and he tried his best to manage but infrastructure and maintenance are budgetary issues and management needs to look into it.
