HOTEL Parbhat Inn — Hotel in Haryana

While checkin the staff at reception was rude and impolite. We were travelling from delhi and had a pit stop for our onward journey. We weren’t aware of the lockdown and the rules. The hotel didn’t Serve us food as it was 8pm as post 6pm They are not allowed to serve. Ideally they should serve for in-house guests. Later on asking if where can we get food at that hour they said they don’t Know. Luckily we got some good people On the road who directed us to civil Hospital canteen which is on 24 hours. Hotel staff should be aware of these things.

Rooms were too small and bathroom Was dirty and stinking. The drain was blocked. Stayed here for a night will Not recommend...

I stayed their for 1 day, the room was not good, service was not good & food was pathetic. Had ordered them boneless butter chicken & they served us with SPICY CHICKEN HANDI. When we complained them, they told that this is how they prepare boneless butter chicken. Waiters were not understanding the meaning of Boneless. Then finally we called manager of the hotel & briefed whole story. The manager too told same thing what waiters told us. He suggested us to remove bone from chicken to get boneless chicken's taste.||Next day morning, breakfast was as pathetic as we thought, without wasting time we checked-out.||Will never recommend this...

Location wise it's really good. Rooms have decent size but it has one of the worst cleanliness I have ever seen. The cleaning staff is really bad. People with allergies should not come here. The sheets would leave while balls when touched, they have several marks, towels are hard and have patches, sofas always have dirt on them, cutlery and glasses are dirty, and the kettle has thick scaling. On the service part, things are a bit slow sometimes but you get what you want in most cases. In toiletries, you might want to carry your own dental kit, shampoo and other things.
